Merc Brothers Pizzeria — Restaurant in Philadelphia

One of the North East’s cracker pizza’s, as I like to call them. Super thin. It is NOT as good as Vince’s as previously stated on here. The sauce is very average. The crust, albeit a micron thick, was pretty tasty I found. I think if they upped their sauce game and added about 30% more cheese we’d be in good shape. First time order wanted to try a different pizzeria and Merc brothers Was recommended by a colleague of mine. The pizza was mediocre at best !!! The dough was soggy and had somewhat of a dry taste. The pizza was bland, not an ounce of seasoning on it. The pepperoni did not have that authentic Italian robust taste. While delivery was fast the pizza felt lukewarm like if it was not put it in a heated bag !!!

I wouldn’t recommend this pizza shop if you’re looking for that real Italian taste it won’t be...

While Merc Brothers was not the worst pizza I've ever had, it definitely wasn't the best, or even that good. I thought that there was too much cheese on the pizza, which made for a lot of grease.
