Bizini's Famous Steaks, Seafood and Hoagies — Restaurant in Philadelphia

When I called to place my order for a fish hoagie, I was told that the whiting fish may have had bones in it. So I was trying to figure out what I wanted and was basically told to hurry up and decide what I wanted cause he was cooking (his exact words were, "I'm cooking, talk to me!"). Needless to say the fish was cooked in old grease which I was very disappointed to see. You eat with your eyes before you eat with your mouth, if the food don't look appetizing I don't want it. The fries were wrapped up in foil with the little red and white container which made them soggy from the heat and steam. I asked for tomatoes and pickles on the side I was given a slice and 1/2 of a tomato to put on a hoagie smh. It looked like they didn't have enough...

First time ordering from this location. Everything I really wanted was sold out. Settled on fried shrimp platter and chicken & shrimp fried rice. Upon arrival was informed that it's "cash only" how disappointing especially considering I never have cash. Would've been nice if it says this online or on the online menu. There was an ATM on site which I assumed worked but I opted out of the complete order and spent the little cash I had for one platter. Counters were dusty, overall looks dirty on the inside. I don't think I have ever seen more disappointed with a restaurant. No.1, if you have any kind of seafood allergy do not eat here. They have one flat top grill that everything is cooked on with the same utensils. No.2, the wait time and customer service are lacking in every way, it took them 40 minutes for a small order and they didn't let us know the credit card machine wasn't working after we waited inside of the store for 15 minutes., luckily I had cash, smh.
