*Update follows and trumps the first review.
1st- Once again, I hate leaving a negative review. So I'm just gonna say that today at BK was... "At BK, "not" have it your way!".
Current- I don't know what to say. First off, I'm a major sucker when it comes to a Whopper w chs. It's the only reason why I go to Burger King in the first place. I was pretty reluctant to revisit this BK but, my Whopper urge was getting to me, especially because I work at Walmart across the way and it's right there. One of our Walmart perks now is a free Whopper every three months and a daily 25% off our order so I just had to cave and give in to my urge. I am so glad I did. The past 5 times I've been back I have not been disappointed one bit. The staff is awesome and man, the Whopper w chs is 💯% on point. Red hot and done my way. Bravo for the turnaround and keep up the great work. With the understandable exception of the fryer being down and not being able to get fries or onion rings in no way was I disappointed. That stuff happens and should be expected sometimes and is not the fault of the employees. Any customer that would not be understanding of this situation and cause a ruckus over it is the definition of, worthy of, and the reason behind the name "Karen". My Whopper w chs was once again on point, made right, and ensures I will continue to patronize this Burger King in the future. Thank you for your customer service and I look forward to the next time I crave that delicious Whopper w chs. *I always forget to snap a picture because I can never wait to eat it and it's more like I inhale the darn thing. Just...
Read moreI’ve never had an experience like this from any BK while ordering online until today. It’s not the facility it has to be a lack of knowledgeable workers that’s working on this particular night at this particular Burger King in Philadelphia Mississippi simply because I’ve ordered by mobile app many times at this BK. As I pull up to the window after waiting in a backed up line for a long time I was told my order is not on the screen even though I told them my order number at the ordering speaker and they said ok drive around which indicates that they never confirmed that they had my order ready before telling me to pull around. After showing them the receipt for my order and that it’s is showing that my card was charged they still refused to make my order due to the fact that they said that it didn’t show up on their screen. I asked them to explain to me why it’s showing that my card was charged the continued to say they wasn’t going to fix my order so after leaving pissed I contact the BK support system and started a dispute about all of this. I was told that they will pass my complaint on to be reviewed and get back to me within 24-48 hours. I just wonder what else they were screwing up because numerous customers had to pull out of the drive thur to go in the inside and that wasn’t a good look especially with the drive thur line being back up nearly into traffic. This experience definitely has made me think twice about pre ordering at...
Read moreIf I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. This Burger King has single-handedly soured my experience for Burger King nationwide, and I will no longer be a patron for this restaurant. During the past 3 weeks, I have showed up on a Friday at 3pm, a Tuesday at 6pm, and another Friday at 9pm, just trying to get the Fiery Buffalo Wrap, and all three times I was told that they are either out of chicken or no longer cooking chicken for the day. Defeated, I tried to order a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and was told they aren’t making anymore bacon. Finally, I tried to order a ten piece nugget and never heard back from the rude lady on the speaker. I said “Hello?” five times and then left. I’ve had this issue with this specific Burger King for years now, but decided to give them another chance when the new wraps were introduced. I learned my lesson. There’s a reason this establishment is the least visited one in Philadelphia, and this is the reason why. Either the management needs to be swapped out, or their employees need to be better trained. I was a DM for a fast food restaurant in Huntsville, AL, and I would never allow my restaurant to operate at this minimal and...
