The price of a regular banh mi has gone up to $8! The special is almost $10! I used to buy from this place often but not anymore especially because they are so cheap on the ham, only 2 thin slices of ham and charge you that much. I won't name the place but you can get a much bigger banh mi down the street on 6th and Washington for less. Plus, not sure what toaster they use but it takes FOREVER to toast up the bread, It's a banh mi place, have the bread ready and warm, not start toasting it from a cold oven when it's ordered. She bought some bahn mi for lunch for us to eat. When I taste it brings me back to childhood tasting this when there Vietnamese restaurants in SW Philly that makes it this good (there's none now sadly)

I showed this place to all my friends, and so far, every single one of them agreed that it's the best banh mi they've had.
