Best bahn mi in town. Staff are always very kind, sometimes we make it to the store a few minutes past 4pm to pick up our order, but they never seem to mind. They have one table where you can dine in at, most people including myself tend to take the bahn mi to go. The regular and deluxe bahn mi are both spectacular! Prices for the bahn mi are $9 or $10 depending on which one you get. They take cash or venmo for payment. Bread is always very crisp and fresh. I am never disappointed when I come here!

Long overdue review for Cafe Cuong. My family has been going to this place for decades. My mom used to take us here as kids and I remember the anxiousness to find parking to get these hoagies. Now as a host of many family gatherings, one of my most requested platters is a Banh Mi Charcuterie Board to which I could never execute without the help of the guys here. They always hook it up and it is much appreciated! Don't forget to get a Cafe Sua Da while you wait!

My family has been getting banh mis here for almost 20 years. The chicken banh mi is my favorite in the entire country! The others are also consistently superb and traditional. Don’t forget to try the iced coffee - but be warned, it’s super strong. It’s so wonderful seeing how far the business has come! I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone, from native-born Viets to those just beginning to explore Viet cuisine.

The price of a regular banh mi has gone up to $8! The special is almost $10! I used to buy from this place often but not anymore especially because they are so cheap on the ham, only 2 thin slices of ham and charge you that much. I won't name the place but you can get a much bigger banh mi down the street on 6th and Washington for less. Plus, not sure what toaster they use but it takes FOREVER to toast up the bread, It's a banh mi place, have the bread ready and warm, not start toasting it from a cold oven when it's ordered. I hope you stay in business, but you certainly loss my business by being super cheap on the meat, long wait and high...

My coworker Amiee introduced me to this location during the summer.

She bought some bahn mi for lunch for us to eat. When I taste it brings me back to childhood tasting this when there Vietnamese restaurants in SW Philly that makes it this good (there's none now sadly)

The butter they used was not sweet which I appreciate it. ❤️ they give you right amount of meats ,veggies and pate in your bahn mi.

The only con I have to say is they close early, im usually out of work by 7ish. Ill try to go there before 9:30am so I won't be...

My Vietnamese family and I love the banh mi here! Our favorites are the chicken one and BBQ pork one. I showed this place to all my friends, and so far, every single one of them agreed that it's the best banh mi they've had. When friends visit me from out of town, I always try to introduce them to this place. They told me the banh mi was so good that they were thinking about it for days after, haha.

Also, the employees are all really nice folks. They're so chill yet so professional. It's such a pleasure seeing...
