Chicko Tako — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Discovered this place with my ex BF over the last year ice bar Chestnut Hill brewery event. We tried the sweet and spicy boneless wings and were hooked. Best Korean wings I’ve had. We made it our spot and kept coming back. Were tempted to try something else from the menu, but that sweet and spicy chicken was darn good, so we sticked to it. My ex and I didn’t last. I had a first date with my current BF at the same spot over the same chicken. My new BF was hooked, too. This is our special spot now. I intentionally gave them this star because of rudeness. I had an uber eat with them and I called telling then to mix my chicken. They intentionally End the call and I call few times and when they finally pick up I told the guy what I wanted and he was yelling and told me he would call me back. I waited for more than an hour, and I call them agian and when they finally pick up the man talking to me was intentional telling me to hold up, and at this point I was frustrated. Food arrived cold, I complained to the manager that the food we received was not hot and that the meat inside was cold. They offered to... put it in the microwave. I declined and insisted on a new meal be prepared. The first 2 people I spoke to did not speak English until the manager owner then told me that the food I received was the temperature it's supposed to be. It definitely wasn't. Chicko taco is run by people who think that beef tacos served at room temperature is their standard.

I will not eat here again and if you do I strongly advise you to check your foods temperature first...
