First impression is everything. I walked up to the register excited to order and was greeted with a not so friendly individual who looked pissed. After he stop yelling at his crew I inquired about an item on the menu. A customer stood next to me and picked up an order and suggested I try veggie spring rolls...he did this because I overheard his order and was interested in his vegan meal...we both realized the veggie spring rolls weren't on the menu and when I asked...I felt ignored...the customer then jumped in and said they may be a special order...so I then turned to the cashier who just stood there with a disgusted look the entire time and asked how much they would be....he made a cringe expression toward me as if I should know and said same price ..then yelled again at his staff....I then hoped that This wasn't his daily attitude toward new customers and tried to cheer him up with a Don't let them get to you. ..I couldn't even pay for my food because then he had an issue with the machine...after He seen me walk off from another area a few minutes later he waved bye...not sure what to take away from that experience. Id like to give this guy a second chance because of course we all have our bad days...but I'm hoping he knows that frustration within can be so easily noticed through body language and mannerisms and at times even contagious...I was hoping to be a new customer as I previously began a...

I'm willing to forgive a lot due to Covid, but we're starting to get back to normal again now and this place needs to rediscover its former glory or I won't order from them again. I am not willing to pay $15 for a couple of cups of mediocre broth, a few slices of meat, noodles and a half stem of chopped...
Read moreThe building is called 8221 Market that houses the restaurant(it is behind the Chestnut Hill Hotel). The inside is like a smaller version of The Reading Terminal so you have to walk around to find it. The service was regular nothing special he took my mom’s and mine order and the wait was no longer than 30 minutes. Now the food, honey! The pho was amazing, my mom had chicken and I had Vegetable with tofu. I never had a veggie broth so flavorful, and it had this spicy sweet sauce on the side that I would dip my tofu pieces in. And the amount of pho that you get is definitely 2 servings. This place will be my go to...
