China House — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The food tastes good but the entire staff there is rude, even down to the driver. Whenever anyone orders they ask "anything else?" repeatedly and in a rushed manner, even on moderately sized orders whereas the customer promptly indicate their selection. They overtalk by asking for your phone number but halfway through your number they abruptly interrupt as they then start reading off the address that they have for you on file. They show no gratitude at all, and when the customer says thank you at the end of the call they just hang up in the customer's ear without saying you're welcome. They're fast with delivery... However, by the time they get to your home you've already gotten a bad taste in your mouth due to their unsavory service. When the driver gets to your home he calls saying "yeah delivery outside" in a rude tone then have the audacity to feel entitled to a tip by literally requesting it in a demanding way. When we decline to provide gratuity due to the poor level of service the driver actually called my man a b!+%h... Other times prior when a tip was given he doesn't even say "thanks." ordered from here and the customer service was TERRIBLE, it took atleast 15 mins of my time to explain to the lady what I wanted which was simple (large shrimp fried rice , steak roll, and a home made lemonade) I guess the lady didn’t understand English which is my concern why have somebody answering the phone if they can’t even take my order properly! then when she finally understands me I ask her how much and how long and they say 55 mins because there busy so I hang up and call back atleats 10 mins later not even to cancel my order and they inform me that the delivery guy is outside , I said okay and pay for my food I get my food and it wasn’t right I don’t know what they thought I wanted but the “homemade drink” was the color of a dark yellow pee and when I opened the steak roll it wasn’t finished and smelt bad ! I called the place back to confront them about my order and the guy that answered the phone was real rude and suggested for me to come to the store as if he wanted to get into a altercation which is VERY VERY unprofessional . I ordered a small shrimp lo mein w/ broccoli and 5 cheese steak rolls the lo main was on but instead of cheese steak rolls I got shrimp rolls. The person the rolls were for is ALLERGIC to shrimp. I was charged for them bringing the replacement rolls🤯🤷‍♀️ Confused? That's a understatement. I will never order from here again. Who charges you for replacing a order that the business messed up? Driver questioned where were the other rolls i explained i opened them and threw them away. Yes i opened 2 of the other rolls and they had shrimp in them🤨😡😡😡 The driver insisted i had to pay for the replacement😠😠😠That's OK I just wanted them to get away from my house. They will never get my business again. EVER! So I guess if they had eaten the food and had a allergic reaction then I would have been in the right to sue them huh?
