Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This place is filthy. The amount of flies at the front counter is insane. All of the staff is in street clothes, no one had on a hair net, and only one person had on gloves. The area where they prepare the food that you can see clear as day from the front looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. I watched a man come from the back with severe eczema. I say this in the most respectful way but his skin looks like alligator skin. He came to the front grabbed some receipts, went back to the back pushed some plastic down in the trash can, opened a door, kept pulling his pants up, and took them same hands without washing them nor did he have on gloves, and started pressing dough down in pans with his bare hands. I was so disgusted. I will not be returning to...

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings via little Caesars app. I get to the store which is literally across the street from my home on time per the email I received saying food was ready. However they never made my food. I told 3 of the 5 employees working there that my order was running late and all 3 did absolutely nothing except go behind the counter to avoid me and the 4 -5 other patrons whose food orders were messed up. Not only did I not get my food as I had to leave, but no refund. They said I had to call a customer service number that wasn't available until Monday, and today is Friday. I guess making pizzas is indeed rocket science. Little Caesars has lost a customer today....

Disappointing!! Must do better.. Visited store and placed an order at 8:12pm for pizza and garlic wings. 8:43pm still no pizza or wings. Several customers arrived after me and placed orders in the store received order and left while I continued to wait. The customer service was HORRIBLE, not only was the cashier not able to count change for customers, during my wait she walked away from customers mid order. My encounter with the manager was equally souring. He was dismissive and unapologetic for the delay. Ultimately, I canceled the order and my money was refunded. Bad customer service is unacceptable....
