Chris's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I will never order from this place again. I placed my order online, and waited over an hour and my food never came. I called to check on it, The girl who answered the phone (said her name is "Joe" which I can't confirm, but I think was a fake name as I was calling to complain), was very rude, snapped at me and said "we called you". When I told her I never received a call, she became more indignant. When I asked when I could expect my delivery, she told me I would have to wait another 30-45 minutes. I asked to cancel my order. She told me I couldn't cancel the order without calling the online ordering service first, and hung up on me. I called the number online, which just directed right back to the store. She answered again, and was still rude, when I asked for her full name and to speak to a manager, first she wanted to know why I needed her name, and then she said she was the manager. After a bit of back and forth of me telling her I would like to file a complaint, she finally gave me a 1-888 number of the online ordering service to contact to have my money refunded. I called the number, and they initially couldn't refund the money without talking to the store first. Eventually the online company called me back, and I should get my money back soon. But no thanks to Chris's Pizza,. I will never use an establishment that is rude to their customers the way this woman was to me. I rated this place one star because I had to in order to post this review. If it were up to me, all those stars...

Glad that they deliver but as a first time customer, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The salmon salad was not worth the price. The salmon was very tough and very salty... approaching the taste of anchovies. It went down the garbage disposal. Cash in the trash. The turkey meat had a very processed taste. Again super salty meat product. The food had an aroma of not so nice cafeteria food. Not really bad, but not inviting at all. Delivery man did not have proper change. Said he would bring it to me next time. Well, I would have tipped him the 2 dollars. Sometimes this happens when the person wants to insure a tip. Not so sure about next time. On plus side, the menu is varied, lots of choices. The delivery person called in advance so that helped. The order was packaged neatly and everything was there. Pleasant person on phone taking order. I have enjoyed the food I have purchased from Chris' Pizza( Buffal Wings, Garden Salads, Seafood platter, Chris' House Stromboli, Primavera Pizza) in the past. Yesterday, I ordered a medium half BBQ chicken half buffalo chicken pizza, and a double bacon cheeseburger for my sister and I to share lunch. When the food came, there was no bacon on the burger, so called and informed the owner. He apologized and offered to give me a $5 credit or they could send another burger with bacon. I opted for the burger. The order came in an hour and a half later, again without the bacon. I called back and asked if they infact had any bacon because my second sandwich still didn't have bacon. Long story short, I finally got the burger with bacon at 4:30 pm, after placing an order at 11:30 am.
