Uptown Grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I came here and ordered the Egg and Beef bacon. The service was great and so were the staff until after I told them that I wasn't happy with my order.

I ordered the Egg wirh Beef Bacon. I was in a rush so I didnt look at my food until I got to the car. I took a bite of my sandwich, the bread was overly toasted and there was barely any egg or bacon on there!

I turned back around and went back to the store to ask them to remake my food. The asian lady started complaining about inflation but baby you have a sign stating the prices went up on your profucts DUE TO INFLATION!!

They really made my sandwich with one egg!!🤣🤣

Instead of making me a whole new sandwich, they gave me back the same sandwich with a little bit more eggs!! At this poinz I was running late to my appointment and had to go!

I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! I work hard for my money and I know the power behind my money!!!

Uptown Grill hit the spot for breakfast! The food was hearty, homemade, and absolutely delicious, with friendly and prompt service that made us feel right at home. I had the catfish, egg, and cheese on a Kaiser roll (so good!), the boys got turkey, egg, and cheese on Kaiser rolls, and we also tried the long roll with egg and cheese was perfect. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and filling.

The menu was hugeeee—so many great options to choose from—and we loved that there were plenty of non-pork choices that were even cooked on a separate grill. I also had a side of fresh fruit, which was perfectly ripe and a great balance to the meal. Portions were generous without being over the top, and it all had that homemade touch you can’t get just anywhere.

Definitely a spot we’d come back to anytime...

Kat was our server and politely addressed all of my Mom's dietary restrictions questions and the kitchen staff accommodated those requests.

Our party of five ordered everything from cheesesteak omelettes, pork scrapple, turkey scrapple, fried whiting, grilled cheese, waffle, and grits. Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Affordable menu prices in this no frills, mom and pop small restaurant in a strong mall. We dined in but the food is served in to go containers but don't let that discourage you.

Go see Kat to enjoy large servings, affordable prices and delicious breakfast.
