Pizza Point — Restaurant in Philadelphia

How this place has truly fallen from its glory days. The parking if horrible if there ever is any, the service is ok and the food is bland. Came in to order a slice of pizza the other day just because I needed something quick because the other place I visit was pretty busy and I regretted not waiting. The man handling my food was touching all sorts of things that I was hoping he wasn't touching before I made my order, which he then grabbed my slice, threw some sausages and cheese on it and had it heat up for about 2 mins. While I waited him and another coworker argued (probably didn't care because I was the only person in the store) while I kept and eye out on my car that was double parked because of the area and lack of parking. I asked for the slice well done and when it finally came out, well, it wasn't done. Either the ovens are really old and they no longer heat up but the slice was so bland and it still looked like the sausages and cheese did not completely melt into the slice. After 1 bite, I decided to just give it to my dogs and quickly got home to make a sandwich instead. Overall, the only redeeming quality I would give this place is the price, but if the end result is poor quality, i would rather avoid this...

This place is depressing. I live down the street from this pizzeria and they always mess up my order or I have to call in and ask why hasn’t my order arrived . I ordered a sea food platter and they took over 6 hours to make, I called them by the third hour asking where was my order , they said the delivery guy was already on his way, after that 3 hours passed a total of 6 hours and I never received the platter , called and spoked to the owner and he said they never received my order that they were going to do it. I’ve honestly waited 4 hours for a single cheesesteak to be delivered (which they never delivered, and I paid for the delivery) I had to go to the restaurant and they had no idea what order I was talking about and they literally made it cause I walked in, if not I wouldn’t never received my food. In conclusion, if you want to starve waiting for your food, this is the place for you. The staff is very irresponsible, and the lack of communication is obviously an issue. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND...

Personally, this pizza shop's specialty is pizza and seafood platters. I am a local and have ordered from pizza shops in the area and Pizza Point's food is ONE of the best to order from in the area. The pizza pies are cooked with fresh dough and with a good amount of cheese and sauce. The pizza is much better than some places in the area, where the cheese is bland and, at times, not completely melted - speaking from my experience here - and kinda of feels like your eating that middle school frozen pizza. I would say this pizza is up there with City View Pizza, but slightly better :). Seafood is pretty good as well. They cook it just the way you like it with little or lots butter, with or without vegetables, extra seafood - you say it, they make it! Lastly, the seafood is cooked in a special steam machine and delivered in tin pans, so even if its delivered late to me the food is still hot and looks...
