My kids really enjoyed spending a few hours here. We even ate lunch here. Most machines were operating correctly and we really had no issues with the equipment. During lunch we took advantage of the order by phone option. Simply just sit at an open table and scan the QR code and place and order. The food came out in about 15 minutes. Our drinks didn't come out before or with the food so we asked where the drinks were. They were understaffed so you can imagine things were hectic for them. Drinks came over shortly. The food was okay. I've had better at Dave & Buster's. The only real issue was a man was begging for money while we were eating. I told him I don't carry cash and he became annoyed with that response. I told him he shouldn't get passed off he is asking for money and I simply didn't have any. I told him to relax and he became agitated and said some inappropriate things and moved on to another family asking them for money. 5-10 minutes later I saw the same man at the bar looking like he was going to jump over the bar. He was standing on the chair. I saw that everyone was basically ignoring this man and I asked the waitress if he was a frequent problem and she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to bring it to her attention. I told her what he had said minutes earlier and what he was doing and that if they didn't handle it I would. She said she would contact security after we saw the man walking away from the bar. 5 minutes later I see the same man order a beer and get a beer from the bartender and walk away drinking his beer. He disappeared into the bowling area. I couldn't believe they served this guy who was acting very strange, begging for money, cursing and causing a disruption in other customers enjoyment. That really is disappointing nothing was seeming done to correct the situation.

First coming in there were 6 employees standing there behind the counter but only one line. which caused a back up at an already awkward entrance. Then I was sent to another line right next to it for food. Then I was told I had to wait 30 minutes to sit to eat when I can look around and see 8-10 open tables or locations to eat. No biggie just went to go play games. They texted me when my table was ready big surprise it wasn't 30 minutes. Sat to eat and ordered. We had the cantina nachos which were pretty good. You can basically eat that with your hands. Then the entree came and I was still eating the nachos. However I wasn't given silver ware and the waitress wasn't even who delivered the food it looked like some random person. I waited 10 minutes after trying to call waitresses and anyone who had a name plate just to get silverware. I only got silverware because the table behind me had the same problem and they had to chase down someone else's waitress. After I get the silver ware I made sure to let the waitress know when I saw her next how I didn't have silverware but her counterpart helped me get it.also there was a hair on my potatoes and before you think was it yours.. I'm bald. Anyway I paid them what they were worth in the end. Also since when is it standard to tip 18%,20% or 25%? I appreciate you trying to help people with math but maybe train them first to hand out silverware as soon as they introduce themselves first. If you are going to work for more money than do it if not then you can't expect to get a high tip. Also your math was incorrect. 18% of $29.00 is not 10$. So I'd suggest you remove the tip suggestions. On the other hand the games were fun. The only problem is the tickets situation is when selecting prizes is off balance. Still had fun though.

So I came with my son and two nephews for my son bday and when I first came I was greeted by the manager and that instantly made me smile. So I felt it was going to be a good time until I met the waitress and bar tender who was not friendly at all. I mean the faces showed bitterness and they were against being friendly. I am big on service and was totally turned off by their attitude and behaviors. It wasn’t just me they did that with it was other customers as well. I ended up changing my waitress because I was not comfortable with gee waiting on me. Caught an attitude cause she provided the wrong drinks and all. Will come back but for sure won’t allow her to wait on me.

I decided to take my family out for a joint birthday celebration for my daughters. My family is large (party of 10) and Dave and Buster's is one of our favorite places to go. Upon arrival we were directed to the hostesses to be seated and that's when our night of fun became a night of disappointment. When one of the hostesses saw us coming she immediately rolled her eyes and turned her back to us as we stood there patiently waiting for her to address us. When she finally turned around she did not greet us nor smile and I immediately felt uncomfortable and like my family and I were unwanted. So I decided to greet her instead and informed her of our party size and that we would need a high chair. At that time a couple walked over to where we were standing and the hostess once again turned her back to us and greeted the couple, grabbed 2 menus and seated them. As we stood there appalled by what just happened another hostess walked up, greeted us with a smile and asked us how many were in our party. She put our name on the wait list and told us that there was an hour wait and suggested that we go to the game room to enjoy ourselves until our table was ready. While in the game room my husband ordered and paid for a drink and appetizer for himself while I took the younger children to play games. The wait wasn't as long as anticipated so when we got the call to go to our table he brought his food and drink with him. Before we could get all of our children settled, the waiter unwillingly asked us if the food and drink were paid for and that the hostess (the rude one) told him to make sure we weren't trying to get out of paying. Shocked, embarrassed and disgusted we informed him as she stood glaring at us from less than 3 feet away that the food was in fact paid for. He apologized and walked over to her to tell her that we paid. She looked at us with disdain as she walked by with her coat on and bag in hand (I assume it was the end of her shift). We never saw her again and the rest of the night went well. With a family the size of mine it takes a lot of planning and effort to pull off a night out for all of us at the same time. If it wasn't for the fact that we were there to celebrate my children's birthdays I would have left but I didn't want to cause a scene nor disappoint my family. That "hostess" should not be working in customer service. The way she treated my family and I was disgraceful, rude, and without reason. All we did was walk through the doors smiling, excited and ready to celebrate our children. I was able to address the situation to a manager before I left and he assured me that he would speak to her and he apologized for her behavior. As a PAYING CUSTOMER (by the end of the night we paid $400 food, drink, games) and human being I unfortunately expected more from this establishment. My husband and I work very hard to provide for our children. They are great little people, respectful to others, honor students and do not deserve to be made to feel nor to be looked at as if they are anyone's burdens. I will have to think long and hard before considering if we will ever return to our once...

Dave and Busters at the Franklin Mills location has to be by far the worst customer oriented place by far! Last night I went into D&B with a group of friends celebrating a 21st birthday! I decided to call and give a heads up knowing the didn’t take official reservations, after waiting on the line hitting 0 for an operator 6 times the phone was finally answered. After explaining my situation the lady said oh okay and hung up. I arrived there 45 minutes early to get on the wait list and basically was told they don’t do reservations even though I was physically there. The dining experience was trash to be honest. We ordered our drinks and the drinks were mixed up not rung in correctly honestly. I personally had no issue because the server brought 3 cokes to the table and I was the only one who ordered one. We ordered our drinks and appetizers at the same time and the the nachos we ordered came out wrong and we were told they would fix it and it would only be a minute and it took 30 to fix. We sat there for about an 30 more minutes before we actually ordered our food. 45 more minutes go by when we received our meals. Well 6 of the 13. When the server realized they weren’t all out she brought another dish, one by one. My food was cold from the jump, but was basically frozen because I tried waiting for everyone else’s food. We did briefly talk to the manager I think her name was Selina? She wasn’t wearing a name tag and when I asked the other manager he refused to answer. She basically justified this horrid experience by saying that we all have bad nights. I don’t know about y’all but if I have a bad night at my job the manager goes above and beyond to fix the problems. I could really tell the she didn’t care when my friend ordered a burger with no lettuce and got it with it anyways after she specifically took care it. Half of the table just boxed their food because we were so annoyed by the situation. I love d&b arcade, but didn’t get to play because I was so enraged. My suggestion to you is if you want your birthday ruined go to Dave...

So I decided to throw my nephews 11 and 2 on Monday birthdays party there. I was hesitant at first because of all the bad reviews but I was just like you know what let me try because that what they really wanted so we got there the plates was dirty as hell the silverware was dirty I had to go to the bathroom to wash all the place at the table. Nobody never gave us the silverware. We have to take the silverware. not only that the food with small to the point I had to order another thing a food to accommodate all 14 people when we party they never told us that the food was only for the children only when I got there, and made a complaint that point looked at me and told me say the food is only for the children to adults have to feed their self , why would you have an event and knowing that people is bringing their children and tell them that the food is only for the children and adults have to feed themselves. when I spoke to them before doing the contract I even asked the question because I didn’t want to order more food and the girl told me yes that the food will accommodate 14 people and it did not. the children was allowed to get three pieces of chicken a couple of fries and one spoon of Mac and cheese. Three of the children didn’t even eat the macaroni cheese because it wasn’t a macaroni and cheese left. I literally had to order a wings platter to accommodate everybody for me to spend 500 and some change for. And we had to get multiple employees. The waiter that got $100 worth of tips from us was never even did the whole entire night so it’ll make no sense so I reported it and he told me to call sales manager at sales manager don’t call me back so we can figure out. How do I get half of my money but I’m happy dispute it with a Bank this is the worst David buster ever. It is not fair because I used to love David buster the only thing the children fun that day was the arcade. Neither...
