Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This store steals your money and delivers incorrect products. I placed an order way back on May 27th for two Medium pies and a 2 liter of Coke. One of the pies came correct, however, the other was missing toppings that I paid extra for and I for some reason got Sprite instead of Coke. I tried to explain to the delivery driver that my order was incorrect but he was very rude insisting that’s what I ordered (but refused to give/show me my receipt so I know he was just lying as it was very obviously not what I ordered). I called the store immediately and spoke to a manager who told me a new order would be sent out but asked for none of my details and rushed off the phone. I stupidly waited another hour and when no new order had arrived I called again and was told there was no more Coke so that’s why I received sprite instead but was given no explanation for the incorrect pizza. I then asked for a refund and the person taking the order had to “get a manager” where then I was just placed on hold for ANOTHER hour until the line was disconnected. I immediately called back and the same employee was saying they’re going through a shift change and they couldn’t help me and hung up. I decided to call back a few hours later hoping to get a new employee/manager on the phone and was told my refund was processed and would take 7-10 business days to show in my account. Obviously it is now July 1st and I have never received my refund. I called the corporate number back on June 10th and was told the franchise owner would contact me directly as corporate could do nothing for this issue. I would rate this location zero stars if I could. Under a week ago, I ordered a pizza that was delivered over an hour after I placed my order, for which I received free pizza points from Domino’s automatically. I thought that was pretty cool until I used my points today to get my free pizza. It’s been over four hours since I placed my order and I’m going to go out on a limb and say my pizza just isn’t coming. I called the store three times. The second time, I only got out my name and the fact that I’d been waiting two hours before I was placed on hold without so much as a peep from the person who had initially greeted me. The third time, I was told my pizza was ten minutes away and that it had recently been remade. Obviously, both statements were a lie, and I was lied to for hours by a group of lazy people who must not care what they do on the clock as long as they get a paycheck and some tips. Having already made several complaints, I will be going to corporate yet again for a refund on the tax and tip I paid because if I call this store again I only expect more lies and no refund. Horrible experience, the Manager of the store kept saying my food would arrive in 5 or 10 minutes. The order tracker said my order was successfully placed when I never received my food, when I called, the Manager had me on hold for more than 10 minutes then I decided to call from my other phone where she immediately answered, I couldn't believe it, she intentionally left me on hold and continued to ignore my calls instead of trying to resolve the issue. To top it off the driver claimed he had hand me the food. Eventually the driver came thru but to our disgust, our small pie was missing a slice, how disgusting, i noticed immediately and I handed to the driver and showed him, our chicken order had only 6 pieces instead of 10 which shows someone had ate from them,. The medium pie was the only one untouched but we where so but so disgusted we threw everything to the trash. $34 to the trash with tip already given.. is really sad how this turn my kids day from a good day to a horror evening.
