Today we ordered at 4:08pm. They texted saying our food was out for delivery at 5:11pm. We called around 6:30pm to see what is going on with the food. They said they have a new driver and they are busy. Called again at 7:30 pm. They have a new driver they say. I also had someone else call and they told them that my order was canceled. We called again to make sure they will refund my money back but they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Friend called and they hang up the phone on him. I called to speak to a manager they just put me on hold. Now is 8 someone and still nothing that they are busy. I said I ordered at 4 is going to be 8 and still I have not gotten my food. Then they said oh your order is about to go now. I said since 5 when you send the text that was out for delivery. Now they called and asked if we still want the food that they will deliver Now. Read moreAt 11:00 A.M. I called in an order for pick-up at 1:00 P.M. I was there at 1:00 P.M. on the dot. The order was not ready. As a matter of fact the order had not been pulled from the computer. I had to wait 35 minutes. I paid for my order $23.60, and asked for a receipt, and was told that receipts are only given for credit card payments. I have never heard of such a thing. Which should have been just walk in, and pick up caused me to get a parking ticket for $26.00 because I only paid for a 15 minute parking time. That's OK, I will pay the ticket because I know the laws. What I won't do again is order anything from your establishment. Read moreThey delivered the wrong food to me. I called and the young lady apologize and said she would make it herself and send it right out. I waited 40 minutes and called back again. She said give it 15 minutes. Two hours later I got my food but not without the manager being very rude to the point of putting the phone down and letting me stay on hold for several minutes. Of course when I called back I was angry. I asked for a refund as I had to cook myself something to eat. He kept saying the driver is on his way. Finally I told him he was a poor manager. I don't think me getting angry matters to him as I am sure it was not the first time. He said he was going to refund me. But so far I haven't gotten anything.
