Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

We ordered from there like usual then got a call saying that the could not deliver the food for some reason. We were told that we should Try to order again to see of the app would give us a different store but it did not so the order went to them again. Mind you the guy on the phone said that if they got the order again they would deliver it anyway and we ask to confirm this 3 times to make sure. When ordering on the app or website it does not give the option to choose a store it just assigns us that one. So we wait for over and hour and the food never came and on the app it said at quality check so we called and were met with the most rude and attitude given person, cutting us off saying that they can’t deliver there. Would not give corporates number for us to try and get the points that we spent back. Straight up rude and disrespectful. HONESTLY IF YALL JUST DON’T WANNA DELIVER JUST SAY THAT WASTING PEOPLE TIME AND MONEY. Always nice ans respectful to people that work in this industry cause i was in there but this is...

The worst dominos ever. We live 3 minutes away from them, it takes them 45 minutes to 1 hour make a delivery of 2 items. Not to mention that most of these people there can't even speak english and always answer their phone in irritated manner. They would place you on hold as soon as you call without telling you that they place you on hold. I hope someone sues this place someday heavily. Terrible. Food arrives cold as well. They also ask for tips when they charge $2 delivery charge, $3 to $4 tax and god forbid if your order is less than $10 they won't even deliver food to you. Such an evil company. Forget the customer service or customer satisfaction. Would of been already nice if they deliver your orders within 20 minutes if they are just 3 minutes away from your location by car. With that phone attitude, and with this type of delivery I just feel like never ever giving anyone any tips. Someone please sue...

Awful experience. As far as I understand 90% of clients order pizza online and never see the process of its preparation. However we have visited this place and ordered pizza. First, the same guy who was cooking pizza was cashier and we did not see that he washed his hands after he touches cash machine or screen, instead we noticed him washing hands before going to take money... Looks like for him it's not important to wash hands because of working with FOOD, but important to wash hands because of working with CASH. Second, while serving us, he was talking via handssfree headsphone and thus was not paying any attention to what we were ordering and reasked us few times later. Also, one of my frined got a cold and we asked if they have water not from fridge but with warm, and they refused, even though I saw there boxes...
