The service was amazing, and the flavor of the food was delicious, i haven't eat this good in long time, 100% recommended

Updated: It was 5 stars went down to 3, is a shame that such an amazing place had this kind of review because of one employee, We were on a family vacation for the past 5 days/weekend we came to this place 3 time because of how much we love the food and service, on the last time, didn't have the best experience, our server mess up my daughters order, and my order, since we got there we notice she wasn't taking notes or anything, my daughter told me i can assured you she is going to mess up and she surely did, i ask my enchiladas without sour cream and it was like i didnt ask anything, my daughter ask for chilaquiles green sauce and she brought them red and when we told her she act in miss believe, she act like she didn't do nothing wrong, i even hear the manager telling her that it was her fault for not paying attention, when she brought the bill there was only the drinks in it, for a sec we thought they were going to give us a discount or some for the bad experience ? (I was going to talk to the manager to let her know that there was no need for that) but when she brought the thing to charge us it was the full ammount, not even offering us an apology or discount or anything for the mistake, if i ever go back to the city i will comeback to this place but will make sure i get another server. Went here the other day with my bestfriend for lunch the food was okay Ive had better authentic Mexican food elsewhere very mediocre they charged us $5 each for water and $2 for cheese on my tacos isnt cheese supposed to come on a taco?! is that complementary?! and if there was a charge they should've disclosed that information in the beginning before letting me so blindly pay for it same thing with the water when we got our bill our meals were not the same price as mentioned in the menu as we went to address the issue they stated they gave us a outdated menu what does that have to do with us? we never came here before as it was our first time communication was not present when discussing prices clearly We wont be coming here again Looking for free food lmao are you freaking insane?! we come from well off families darling we dont need free food we came with money and were ready to pay for our meal we didnt ask for free food just for you to clarify your prices my friend who is fully mexican and I who am dominican have never experienced an authentic restaurant who charges for cheese wether it comes with the meal or not get your pricing in order and communicate properly with your customers this is not a matter of wanting free food its a matter of you screwing up menus and expecting people to pay a price that wasnt listed Have a good...

So I wanna just quickly say, the food here is extraordinary. I love eating here. The atmosphere is cute outside, not crowded inside, enjoyable. Service in person is honestly top notch, it would deserve 5 stars if I was only reviewing about in person service. However, their website doesn't allow you to order online, I've tried calling numerous times over the last several days to make an order for myself and no one's picked up (literally called 13 times, I just wanted my favorite dish, been craving it all week). Frankly I don't want to pay the Uber eats service or whatever delivery service. So since I can't call and pick up an order (used to be able to when I first started eating here about a year ago), and can't order online, I honestly don't feel like going in to order take out or going in to eat alone, so, not eating there unless I have company who I want to entertain going out - in which case this place is a go-to option for me.
