I just have to express my frustration regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your location. One of your employees, Abu, ( if this is even his real name) was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional during my visit.
Despite showing proof of my mobile orderāincluding the order number and confirmation on my phoneāhe profiled me as a scammer simply because my coworkers and I placed a mobile order for three cups of coffee. I found this not only offensive but completely unreasonable.
As someone who works right across the street at the hospital, I often purchase through mobile order, and this has never been an issue before. It was upsetting to be treated this way, especially over such a small order.
I strongly suggest that this employee receive proper training on customer service and professionalism. Customers should never be made to feel disrespected or accused without reason.
