My daughter was hired trained at another smaller Dunkin’ Donuts near by, for a week transferred to this Dunkin’ Donuts-First day she was trained in the drive through with the head phones after the day-she explained to her supervisor she was hearing impaired and could barely hear and the head phones were screeching in her ear—the manager Mona stated well why did you come to this Dunkin’ Donuts I expect perfection. She the following day placed her at the front as a cashier after the first day as a cashier. She stated she did not smile enough and will check to see if any other Dunkin’ Donuts needed her, but she will make sure she got paid for the training, mind you she has only been there two days, then stated the other Dunkin’ Donuts did not train her well. Which is completely funny when she had no problem in that Dunkin’ Donuts that was not a drive through. She then witnessed the Manager Mona take an employee into the office they were arguing, my daughter stated she became nervous and intimidated, shocked another worker told her don’t be scared. Mind you my daughter isn’t new to customer service, she has plenty of experience. My daughter felt very uncomfortable, intimidated and she felt after telling her she was hearing impaired she was treated differently and singled out, especially when she asked to be transferred to another Dunkin’ Donuts—and even speaking to other store managers. She was told by Mona don’t you know all the managers speak, as to say I heard you were trying to transfer from this store. Dunkin’ Donuts need to retrain their managers, it’s insane to be singled out because of a disability. It’s tough already for these young adults dealing with peer pressure. Shame on you, professionalism goes a long way. My daughter moved on—she did not feel...
Read moreEmployee Jazmin B.? I placed my ordered online, once I arrived I was told that the latte machine was down. I asked them if it would be okay for them to provide me with a ice coffee's instead. The lady refused to do so, she wanted me to cancel my order and create a new order. I didn't understand why I had to do this and I told her it is not my fault that the machine was down and as a customer the proper way to handle this issue was to provide me with a substitution. She continued to give me an attitude, but finally decided to provide me with the iced coffee's. Unfortunately they weren't made correctly so I decided to go back into the store to ask for a receipt and for the correct order. As I was walking in she was talking to another coworker cursing loudly and saying that if she ever see's me again that she would slap me. This is so this respectful and inappropriate I cannot believe that this even happened. I would like a...
Read moreI don't know if the owners just don't care about this location because the neighborhood is going down...or what. Half the time they are out of an item that I want to order. Actually more than half the time so I don't know who does their ordering but someone should probably retrain them. And not only will they be out of one thing at a time, it is multiple things. You ask for something, they're out of it ask for something else, they're out of it. This is every time I go!! I am over it!! I did stop going there for a while due to this issue in particular but then decided to give them another try and nothing has changed. There is one particular employee at this location who would try to coerce the customer to leave a tip each time. It is one thing for me to leave a tip at a drive thru if I choose to but you should not make me feel like I have to. However, at least it seems like he has...
