Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The food is good the service is friendly only complain I had was I ordered the 2 classic chicken sandwiches with small fries and drink I had a coupon it was myself and a family member I had came off work stop by on my way home service was good up till the part I had the drinks first which is fine after I paid for the food I had to wait about 5min after my order for the sandwiches which others were made also probably for another order was cool until I seen my order slip next to two of the sandwiches right next to the fries and other employees kept grabbing fries for other people order but not mine too many people behind the counter some kept looking and walking back forth like they had no idea what to do stood there for 10min waiting for fries they literally serve the lady behind me her order number was after mine I had to ask what happened to my order like it was not busy inside the drive through might have been little bit busy but it's ridiculous to wait 10min for fries when there was plenty made up other than that service is good just keep eye on your order slip I can see if they had to make more but that wasn't the case word advice don't have too many employees it was like 4 to 5 people behind the counter like one on register was cool but four others walking behind them and only 2 were dilly dalling as if they ain't know what to do just stand there and ignore the order slip next to the sandwiches you put there and 10mins later finish the order after I asked after you serve the number after mine. Any other time I've gone here service was great it was good but with some minor issues is what it is I do like this location don't have to travel too far to get good food...

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I came with my son and only had nuggets and fries and they r walking around with ignorant faces completely ignoring u. Manager and all workers know my kid is going nuts and that's just my kid being a kid but really??? I would understand if there were 10 people I line but I was the only one and there were enough workers but they were focused on Window orders and take out orders. Unacceptable!!! The customer service is getting worse and worse! How is it that they expect their business to succeed 🤔 😕 Never coming there again! Popeye's chicken is good but because of the service I'd rather cook and that's what I have been doing. Those ignorant faces of these female workers are hard to forget! I really wanted to leave a good review. The food was good, everything tasted great. My issue came from black mold in my soda. I ordered a Fanta strawberry soda, and it was full of black mold from a filthy spout. (I have worked fast food before, and I know exactly what it was floating in my drink). My order was made on Uber Eats, and I didn't want to make a fuss and get money back. Please just clean your soda machine right every night. It takes a minute to take the spouts off the machine, and give them a good rinse with warm water to prevent mold and dry soda from leaving little black floaters in someone's drink. I ate the food before I saw the drink, or I would have thrown the whole order away. Completely disgusting, and disappointed, considering how we were so glad to have a Popeyes so...
