Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I was there 30 mins ago. The staff was short. I could hear the rudeness from my vehicle. They ran out of a donut that I wanted so I needed a sec to choose another. She walked away complaining and another woman popped up to rush me along. There were no smiles. No good customer service and they stretched the coffee. I have 3 large watered down pumpkin coffees. You can’t even smell the coffee. We grabbed a cup of coffee from another store just to make sure we weren’t crazy. Nope. Watered down. The coffee from another place has that coffee aroma that all coffee has. This was Highway robbery. I usually come on weekends and the service is much nicer and the coffee is great. I don't understand how other people who ordered through their apps had all of their items ready when they picked up their items. I had one bag ready and had to wait close to 10 minutes for one large latte! It's funny how the manager was moving so fast with the walk-in orders. I'm guessing because my coffee was a free beverage reward and they wasn't trying to give it away lol. I heard them whisper..."probably because it's free..." So they definitely knew I ordered a coffee but why wasn't it ready when I came to pick it up. They all had these sneaky looks on their faces too. I don't even think it was a latte I was drinking. It tasted like regular coffee. So sad! I rather go to Elkins Park Dunkin or Willow...

I have Never Ever gotten what I have ordered from this Dunkin Donuts! Did I say Never? I ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter well not sure how the toaster is set but I might have well just ordered the bagel and toasted it myself. I also ordered green tea with sugar after I was given my bagel I drove off that was my mistake I decided to get back in the line to get my green tea the young man that waited on me was extremely rude when I tried to explain I left my tea there this is not the first time that I have ordered something and didn't get what I wanted.
