Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This Dunkin' Donuts' products are absolutely HORRIBLE. Their sandwiches are deep frozen months in advanced and then microwaved, not freshly made and grilled like at real restaurants. They are dried out and have spoiled, rotting meat and cheese. This awful Dunkin Donuts should stick to selling stale, flavorless donuts and watered down, off-tasting coffee. The owners are mean, cheap, greedy lowlifes who skimp on the ingredients in everything that they sell. To add insult to injury, the store is filthy. The supermarket one block away sells much tastier, larger donuts (and other baked goods) for half as much! Plus, they have a fast self-checkout lane, so you will not waste 15 extra minutes waiting at Dunkin. The fast food joint mere yards away has infinitely more delicious sandwiches and coffee. Why buy anything here when far better food and service are available...

The Dunkin' Donuts store in BJ's which is located at 2054 Red Lion Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19115 is the worst one I have been to. I went there today and ordered three beverages .Everything are so bad, including the opearation, the taste of the beverages, the service... One of the staffs who is a male and has a heavy South Asian accent is so rude. He seems like he does't know how to respect people. That's my worst experince in Dunkin' Donuts ever. I have nothing to say...

I won't say all Duncan donuts, But this one as well as Cirtin locations have changed the coffee. I can't see Why they would .I been drinking Duncan donuts coffee for twenty years I live for that tast it's one that When it's changed you know. So how can you buy a Historical franchise and changed the taste .you should change...
