The quality of the neighborhood has been brought down by ghetto types. My wife and I played here as kids but we are now afraid to let our own children play here. Trash, broken equipment, drug dealers, and junkies abound. This playground was named after a slain cop who had 17 citizen complaints. Why not name it after a brave firefighter or soldier who died in the line of duty instead of a typically corrupt Philadelphia cop? Read moreThis is a great little quiet park but it really needs a cleaning and updates. Bathroom is atrocious and it seems like nobody cleans anything or does any work. The sprinklers barely work on certain days, they have no pressure. The swings are ripping, that’s a major problem. All of the basketball courts are either falling apart or the rim are leaning. Last year the sewer drain was off for about a month. With all the sporting events and teams there have here. This park should really be presented better. Please fix this things and clean up.
