Ed's Pizza House — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Hey I just ordered from this establishment maybe an hour before closing and I ordered off of the slice app and spent close to $60 smfh " I ordered a small cheese with toppings " mushrooms and broccoli " and a large cheese pizza the service was fast and my delivery driver she was very friendly and nice!!.. love it!!.. but it was not bout how my food got her which was fast and not to mention a mile away from this restaurant my pizzas were cold and my pizza boxes werewelt like it's been sitting the pizza is very dry no sauce and not to mention the sauce wasn't savory it tasted like I was eating a frozen pizza!!!.. I had to heat my pizzas in the air fryer smfh!!... im sorry I had ordered so late I just got off of work and wanted something fast and this was the first restaurant I seen open that was close to me!!.. the pizzas are very thin no favor and no cheese and not mention this my first very ordering from here !!.. u got to treat your customer like it's they first time even if they order like a brunch of times!!!.. give them that experience to come back or either recommend!!.. I can't recommend anyone because I don't want them to experience what me and my family went through. Just because it's an hour before closing you always give your best because you want people to come back!!.. even if it's close to closing, you want your customers to still say "damn the food is still fresh and hot even tho it's almost closed to closing time!!.. will not order from here after tonight get a better recipe for yall pizzas and that cheap cheese!!!.. stop making yall pizzas like frozen cheap pizza!!.. and btw!!.. the reason I gave it a 3 star is for the delivery woman she was very polite!!.. please this establishment needs to be under better management !!!.. I have supported this establishment for the past three years. I literally buy pizza and fries from here every friday. On 2/1/20 I purchased a small pizza, small fries, cheese wiz, and a chicken cheesesteak platter. When i arrived home I noticed they forgot my small fries and cheese wiz. I checked my receipt to see if I was charged for these items which I was so I called them back and they said they would deliver them to my house. NO ONE delivered anything to my house that night. No big deal I was going to order wings and mozzarella sticks on 2/2 so I call them to let them know that my small fries and cheese wiz were never delivered. They gave me such a hard time saying that they delivered my food and blah blah blah. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED HOW THIS WAS HANDLED. I just moved to the neighborhood and placed an order for delivery. I ordered 1 large cheese pizza and one large pepperoni pizza and a large cheese fries. I ordered at 5:33 the place is 2 minutes from my house my food came at 6:25. The pizzas were cold and they sent me a large soggy regular French fries and not a cheese fries. When I called to speak with someone they said we will send you cheese. I said I rather you credit my bank card. I don’t trust anything in that kitchen. After switching me to speak to 3-4 different people they said we will send the deliver driver back with the .80 cent the cheese cost. My total was $32.00, my total when they got to my door was 38.00 there is a 3$ deliver fee and of course tax. Next time I will certainly order Uber eats. First experience was horrible and I would never order from here again or recommend their food or service to anyone 😩....
