New Germantown Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Muslims beware of where you eat! I called and ordered a double turkey bacon cheeseburger and chicken Parmesan sub after asking about their Halal status and was told everything was Halal. Called again yesterday to order because the food was good and asked again about Halal status because I wanted to make sure I was calling the right restaurant. This time only some items on menu was Halal and asked about the Turkey Burger and Bacon and it was NOT HALAL. The cashier went to double check and came back and was told everything was Halal but the items she mentioned was Zabihah! Now when you ask about Halal status they should specify that instead of playing with words on our community! I will NOT be supporting them...

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. This restaurant is unsanitary and none of the "cooks" with the exception of one, used gloves while handling the food. I witnessed the DELIVERY MAN...someone who is operating a vehicle and touching money, prepare an order without using gloves...when he saw me staring at him he then decided to rinse his hands in the sink. I stayed in the store pretending to look at the menu, but I was in such shock at how they were handling the food in the presence of their customers. That goes to show you how much they care about the community in which they serve. People stop supporting businesses that dont care about...

Extremely disgusting customer service. I placed a pick up order for 3 items through slice. My son went to pick up the food and one item was missing. He went immediately back to the store to get the missing item and was completely ignored and dismissed. When I called to try and explain that an item was missing and that my son was in the store, I kept getting told to please hold and than hung up on! I had to go back to the store myself to get refunded. ( this is not my first bad experience with this pizza shop). If you want mediocre food and a bad attitude, this is the place! I will never order...
