If I can give them zero stars, I would . This establishment went down. When it was under the old management, the cheesesteaks was the best ever. The food was always fresh hot and delivered with a smile.. Now, whoever owns this establishment is horrible. It's disrespectful to the community. I called there to place an order. The girl picked up the phone and laid it down , never said hold on or nothing , all of a sudden I heard people in the background trying to figure out how to use the register smh. I never got a chance to place the order over the phone cause they never came back to the phone so I ended up hanging up and going there. There was three girls that were standing in the front at the register all three of them look like goofballs . They standing up there doing nothing . That's how you can tell when an establishment is not good, there not busy. It used to always be so busy in there. I used to have family come from out of town just to get those cheesesteaks. The cheesesteaks that I ordered was horrible. It's was dry, I asked for extra mayonnaise. I barely got any mayo , asked for hot peppers there was none . They got a nerve to charge two dollars for a little cup of cheese for your french fries, that they didn't put in the bag I had to get back out the car and go get my cheese. They are horrible !!! My family and I ordered $123.00 worth of food , we didn’t get any plates, napkins they never offered any specials and they demanded we pay with a debit card although we have ordered from there several times before and paid with cash. In any other store you would have received a 2 liter soda for that price they advised we would have to buy one , although once they brought the food with a menu we noticed they offered a special with 2 large pizzas with a 2 liter we ordered 4 pizzas , wings, fries. When I called to inquire why any specials weren’t offered the lady asked if I wanted to speak with a manager I said yes , next thing I herd was a males voice asking if he can place a order , she had managed to merge the person she had on hold and me a person waiting for a manager. She then hung up when she herd us talking . , I called back and explained I was holding for a manager the lady laughed and said , “Oh your the one holding for a manager over a soda “? I explained it wasn’t just about a soda she said hold on and out another lady on and she said your holding for a manager I said yes she laughed , then put another lady in the phone . I asked was she the manager she said no and hung up . I think this was very poor customer service , and will not be ordering here again and I spoke with my block about this elementary school behavior. Ordered a number of items through Uber Eats. My order came missing my large pizza. When i realized the pizza was missing i called the person on the phone tried to blame the driver that he did not give me. I said you did not list the pizza on the order sheet. So how can you blame him? She went silent. I said am looking on my order on uber eats so tell me who does the blame falls on. She said ok we made a mistake. The phone slammed in my ear. what wonderful customer service this is. If she has the proper training she would have conducted herself in a manner that is befitting. To sum it up she has no manners and zero social grace. Large fries were burnt and smelled disgusting.NOT EVEN grease paper in containers to absorb some of the heat seemed like i was to eat the charred fries along with the heat eaten out containers. The fries burnt through the containers. Buffalo wings looked half done and i asked for well done. The sauce was tossed in the container of hot chicken everything was melting.
