Fallin off the Bone Wings — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Good looked great online!! I ordered 2 platters thru DoorDash and when i arrived the workers looked at me and didn’t even come to the window! The young man was eating asked my name and gave me my food…i immediately wanted to check my food so i looked at it in the car…lets start off with no utensils…i noticed my fries aren’t what i ordered and the chicken is drenched in sauce the wings are small so im thinking ok cool they are done they’re little but they were horribly soggy the taste had the potential the wings are undercooked as well…fries was cold ass hell with all this cheese so u know i wasn’t eating them it didn’t look like the pic chose this place because i had dinner when they first opened i seen it on instagram and i ordered nice ppl helped with information about ordering thru DoorDash the first experience was a long wait but my food was right im unsure what to call it this time the workers were rude and inconsiderate and the food wasn’t right!! I didn’t even wanna go back to complain cause they was in there eating chilling so I’ll just leave a message here! Ps please update your menu to make it easier for customers to navigate and make proper selections that your staff can accommodate i love supporting businesseS… this one was a bad one im starving and the food was horrible couldn’t enjoy it i also ordered shrimp and wings also undercooked they put paper between the two the sauces jus mixed everything together sweet chili and bbq mixed idk please get proper dividers for the food if it’s gonna be together some people don’t like their food to touch the napkins was the best thing today 😩 and is this garlic parm watered down like naaaaaawwwwwww shrimp was a great size could’ve been better without the sauce mix!! Let me first say that the only reason I came here to this establishment was because my mom wanted to and kept taking about it everytime we drove by!

When first arriving if you drive, you have to find parking and get out the car to order at the sliding window.. It was cold that particular day which reminds me why I dont go to places like that so often during fall or the winter.

The services was lackluster, the young lady took the order and closed the window. You had to ask how long the wait was for since she did not indicate it on her own. After waiting 15 mins, I went to the window, the girl just passed the bag. No Thank you come again or good night. No ground breaking customer service whatsoever.

The presentation of the chicken platter was pretty. The fries were hot and very crunchy. The chicken had flavor but the sauce on the wings were too sweet for me though. The flavor is not bad but it was just too much sweetness to get through. I can remember what sauce it was but it definitely needs to be on the side. The meat was not falling off the bone with this platter.

first time trying this place today and will be the last. they put the garlic parm and buffalo wings in the same container (separated) but the wings were so drowned in the buffalo sauce that it started seeping into the garlic parm wings. should most definitely separate flavors especially sauced up ones. it’s 10 for 17 dollars mix n match and let me tell it wasn’t even worth it. the wings were the size of my pinkie finger. my boyfriend said they didn’t taste like garlic parms and i tried them & i also agree. the girl at the window was rude. shanay? i think. didn’t even greet us. opened the window and waited for our response. and she had a stank face. she also told us the wings would be 20 minutes & then added another 10 minutes after the 20, which okay cool understandable but then we get the wings and their is barely meat on the wings. so how does it 30 minutes for these tiny wings?? let’s just say the buffalo...
