Fila's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered Mild Chicken wings for my friends and had it delivered. When it arrived, we got a sweet sauce, most likely the honey barbecue sauce. I called back to see if they could replace the wings we got. It might’ve been an honest mistake made by the staff. I was transferred to the cook who made the wings, and he insisted that it was mild. The chicken was sweet, mild is not sweet mind you, but what baffled me is that he said mild is supposed to be sweet. Now I am confused because what mild sauce is sweet. After we went back and forth on the sauce being “mild” for 5 minutes. He ended up saying they could refire the wings and it will still be the “same”. I said sure, refire them, but I guess that made him upset because he told me to return the original wings. Fine, I guess. They hanged up afterwards. After a LONG while, the driver came to drop off the wings. Well I gave back the wings to the driver, the driver of course, was confused. I told the driver what the cook said to me and then he left. After tasting the new wings, we knew we were right. They made a mistake. Mistakes happen, we’re all human, but instead of handling this nicely, the cook decided to make it a bigger problem than what it needed to be. I was being calm, didn’t raise my voice at the guy. The cook I talked to had to be someone who was in charge of the restaurant, other wise I don’t know why I was transferred to him. I might also be wrong, who knows. Either way, this wasn’t my first time ordering from this place. I didn’t have problems with other orders before and this was my first time I did, but at least I got the right wings at the end, but come on man don’t be rude about it. No fault to the other employees.

We had ordered for the first time just over a month ago. We were initially impressed so much, that since than we had ordered at least 3 more times and delivery was on time. Unfortunately, tonight was hell! Received a call about food made incorrectly but excepted it to be delivered as is just to be calling back 30 mins after wondering were are at least 30 min old food was being we live 4 mins AWAY. After it still not arriving, I called back again to request our order be made again and sent out faster and was told no problem and they would call their driver to inform him. Mintues later, the driver than calls me that he is at our home and I inform him of the issue just to be argued with about it. Called back and was than told the driver was told to just sell be the food half price. I explained I don't want half price or even free old food and just want my order remade as I was promises and pay! I was than hung up on just to call back and when I stated I want to cancel and order somewhere else, I was told good because they weren't going to deliver my food anyways. Cocky and arrogant staff that seem to thing this is a welfare case and not people spending THEIR MONEY! No need to rant more, my order from what clearly is a much more well organised restraunt...

Got a menu in my mailbox. So I thought why not. I ordered 2 burgers, small fries, and two milk shakes for me and my daughter. I thought it was kinda expensive for that little bit of stuff but I was hoping the food was worth it. Other places are cheaper but I thought maybe they have better ingredients or something. Boy was I wrong.

The burgers were small.. not too small but not big enough for the price. Also the fact that they were just plan frozen patties made it worse for me. The patties were very dry and flavorless. The fries were also dry... That's weird.. as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Which doesn't taste good when it's done for too long.

Next the milk shakes they were fine but again small amount for the price. I believe if you're gonna have high prices... Your food should be much better. Unfortunately I won't give this place another chance. I was gonna get a pizza but those were crazy expensive... With little effort put into the burgers...I don't think the pizza will be...
