George's Wings — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Mac and cheese isn’t great.. the only thing I like is the sweet and spicy sandwich. Their photos they post are very misleading. Ordered a couple times thinking it came with fries because it was advertised liked that but was just the sandwich.. boneless wings were advertised as long chicken tenders and ended up being tiny Tyson chicken nuggets… lady at front isn’t very helpful, accommodating or nice. She’s kind of just there to take orders & rushes you off the phone. The manager seemed more helpful than her when I spoke with him.. they were more willing to let me cancel a 30$ order instead of just adding / accommodating a couple fries and her excuse was “ things are going up in price we can’t do that”

So you rather me cancel the order and waste 30$ of food instead of adding a handful of fries? That’s crazy

Words of advice : customer service and small accommodations go a long way with loyal customers… because I have ordered there atleast 6+ times and now you have lost a customer moving forward.

And YES I did call at 6pm and spoke to the lady taking orders to see if she can accommodate due to misleading info/photos and I even OFFERED to pay for the side order of fries but she said since I ordered via uber eats that she could not add it. Well if I cant pay for the side order or add it - there could have been some accommodation specially on a MONDAY night... I have recommended so many people as well here and yes prices are going up for everyone but being dirt cheap where you cant spare 12 fries is...

I just had the worst experience with them today. I been ordering from George’s for years now, never had an issue until now. I simply ordered a Texas burger and chicken cheesesteak and both were under cooked. I asked for well done, giving them the benefit of the doubt I put it in the microwave to cook a little longer. (Believe it or not it was much more pink than this) I am 9 1/2 months pregnant and been craving this burger so you can understand why I kept eating but instantly begin to feel sick to my stomach. So at this point I called to resolve this matter because like I said I’ve been ordering for years and am a loyal customer. I was very nice when calling; however their response was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I was passed around to four different employees then the cook got on the phone and proceeded to literally yell at me like I was a child. My tone never changed I just mentioned that I didn’t like how he was speaking to me. He continued to be rude telling me how I don’t know what I’m talking about and the burger was cooked. I hung up on him at that point. With all that being said they definitely lost business from me! This matter could have been easily fixed however with their inexperience and bad attitudes led us here. Lastly, here’s the picture of my “well done” burger I hope the cook sees this and learns from...

Served me raw chicken 3 months ago called and let them know they refunded , had it again today figured give them another shot, chicken was again undercooked, and the sides (rice) tasted sour as if it had been cooked days ago even had some actual white rice and then shades of brown and grey in there as well the chicken in the rice tastes like it’s canned chicken and somehow is dry, the second side the mashed (instant mashed potatoes mind you) also tasted sour, so I call and let them know, the owner picks up the phone and acts oblivious and even had the audacity so say “I never get complaints” witch is just a lie even Michelin star restaurants get stuff sent back and complaints are heard . He was dismissive and refused to do anything for me all cause I said I would never eat here again. Worst food in Morrell by far and that’s saying something … cause artigianos is right next door and they pizza is trash so trust me when I say I’d rather hit artigianos then ever entertain tho fool and his horrible over priced...
