I was in the area on a work task and wanted a home breakfast. Fish and grits was on my mind. Came here because of the proximity and the price. The area is what it is. Cash only. Once inside, the place is immaculate, decorated all over for Christmas. With Christmas music playing on the background. All decorations by the owner himself 😊. It’s evident that him and every crew member put themselves into this place. Love the feel. Patrons seem like regulars which gave it a warm homey feel. I come here almost everyday for breakfast. Greasy Spoon restaurant in the Kensington area. You'll run into everyone you know because the price is right😋. They be packed come the first of the month though and sometimes we must wait. Yet wait we do because it's worth it. Owners are friendly always welcoming and very pleasant. Staff is fast.
