If I haven't been coming here for maybe 5 or 6 years I would totally give it 5 stars but I have been here for many occassions so I have a lot to compare it to. I've been on slight boycott of them because last year it seemed they went through to ok many cooks and the food wasn't consistent and they took hot mess fries off the menu, I was hot about that. Last night was my 3rd anniversary and landmark used to be such my favorite place that that is where I chose to meet up with a blind date I figured if he isn't what I'm looking for the food will be but all these years later we are celebrating our 3rd year anniversary and he wanted to go to the place we met at. So landmark was the mark I had to try the Maryland crab dip that was yummy but once t sits you taste that salt and the bread hardens which takes the fun. Then if you've been an advent happy hour goer over the years you would notice the wings are not the same still tasty but that classic landmark distinction Pesto salmon is ALWAYS A MUST AND ALWAYS A WIN. philly cheesesteak rolls are more of a tease but hey if you are in to that it has a like spice on top it and a stupid ketchup design in the plate to numb the taste a bit Tuesdays are $2 tacos and I got chicken tacos and I will back tomorrow for lunch just for chicken tacos not on Tuesday they were that tasty yes. I ONLY HAD WATER AND MY HUSBAND ONLY HAD AN ICED TEA SO I CAN'T TALK ABOUT THE DRINKS BUT ON TO DESSERT. My waiter I think her name was Kate or Kathleen maybe sorry if she sees this and I screwed that up but I told her to put our order in for dessert when we came in and mentioned our 3rd anniversary she congratulated me and at the end of the night brought out our brownie sundae with the little writing on it and my husband gladly showed that we had the same thing our first anniversary..... So no landmark isn't for suit and ties but you can definitely celebrate with loved ones if you want or with other guests or at the bar making a new friend that what I love most about the restaurant and even walking out I noticed a child in a booster sitting don't know about that but hey landmark is for casual dining Thanks for being a part of my life over the years

I am extremely disappointed by the service that I received here both from the waiter and as a response from the managers. The server was new, which is understandable, but after multiple reminders and more than an hour, my food order still was not placed despite the promise from the waiter and the manager that the order had been placed. The waiter often took the wrong food and drinks to the wrong tables. We were only offered plastic forks and knives as if this were McDonald's. The food was acceptable at best, but it is difficult to judge because of the amount of time it took to get each item. The manager comped one drink per person after offering a desert that we turned down. The part that was extremely offensive to me was that despite the numerous complaints to the manager and the acknowledgment of extremely poor service, our party of five was charged an automatic gratuity. I understand that waiters in America are unfortunately not paid minimum wage, but our party should not have been forced to "tip" for inadequate service. I am very disappointed at what took place here today. Don't let the 3 stars here fool you. This restaurant is unfortunately not worth the one star that I just give it.

(Sigh), the service here was very much subpar. I can pretty much manage 2/10 customer service from time to time. However, I can’t necessarily bargain with MEDIOCRE FOOD and being taxed with a 20% service charge when there were beyond numerous times I was unable to find my waitress, and had to ask others for something simple like a clean knife (the previous knife was CLEARLY unwashed and most likely used without being disinfected) and tartar sauce. Granted, servers these days are limited and strained with a lot when dealing with the public, but there were literally about 12 people in the restaurant altogether. Also, I pride myself on not being a stressful customer or having someone make several runs back and forth to my table; my waitress was just simply unavailable and unable to locate. As stated previously, the food wasn’t worth raving over and this is coming from an individual who’s attended this establishment many years ago, and would leave satisfied. Lastly, I don’t appreciate unknown objects being placed in my food. Safe to say I will not be returning.

I first visited this restaurant about a year and a half ago and wasn't impressed. I decided to give it a second chance in the hopes that it may have gotten better. I was surely disappointed. The layout of the restaurant is narrow, awkward, a difficult to navigate. The host staff is inattentive to the diners waiting to be seated at the door, where there is inadequate room for more than a few people to stand, poorly lit, and an unusual combination of steps and ramps what's your hard to navigate. The wait staff pictures ever standing in front of the podium first, no matter how long you've been waiting there.

One seated my waitress was inattentive for checking on me, my food, and my needs.

The food was disgusting! My dish arrived lukewarm, the rice on my dish was in the shape of the measuring cup that it was scooped from and the restof my dush shodily thrown around it. The slices of sausage in my dish weren't freshly cooked, they were the kind of Hillshire Farms store-bought pre-prepared sausage that someone sliced up and threw in a sauce. Add to that for a dish that cost $20 there were less than 12 pieces of shrimp and sausage all combined together in the sauce. I seriously considered the possibility the kitchen opened a can of pre-prepared food,...

I went to enjoy the game last night however experienced Kyle’s negligence as an owner. A woman and her much older daughter attacked my 22 year old friend over a bar seat that she had been sitting in for the game when she went to the bathroom. My friend did not put her hands on the woman. Kyle said he could not kick the pair out because he “did not see it”. Numerous people came up to tell him the woman attacked her. Then proceeds to tell me that they do not have cameras in the restaurant, and ignored me when I literally pointed out the camera that was directly in front of him. Because of his negligence I was threatened by the same pair of aggressors in the bathroom, when I was never involved in the original altercation, as they were yelling about choking a girl out at the bar. I’m not sure if Kyle either thought we were all stupid and did not see the obvious cameras, or if he did not care because it was a group of Black girls but I hope in the future he learns how to manage a restaurant. However I will be looking into higher ups to speak to about his complete lack of awareness.

The woman working at the bar last night however was amazing, extremely sweet and attentive while she was so obviously swamped with orders. Make her the manager...
