Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Philadelphia

So I ordered my food at 5:27pm. At 7:14pm I call the “brand new” Pizza Hut and get transferred 6 times. While they were playing transfer around the mulberry bush the food left the building. I told the 6th representative I was going to send the cold 2 hour old food back and I’ll need my refund. At 7:34 a car pulled up so fast THREW FOOD ON MY PORCH RAN BACK TO HIS CAR AND PULLED AWAY LIKE NASCAR. I told my husband just give this hood Pizza Hut a month and they will not care about their performance nor the quality of their product and low and behold 3 weeks it took for trash food and trash service. I placed an order at this location 2 minutes before closing and they still took my order. The young lady who took my order (her name began with a “T”), was extremely pleasant; she even called when my order was done. Once I arrived, I began to pay my bill and saw it was easier to give exact change. I was 14 cents short and was headed out to the car when “T” offered to pay the difference. Update: This is only 2 weeks after my first review... must be a busy night because there's door dash pickup people crowding the lobby... I ordered online... got home and realized that they made my pizza (supposed to be a large thin crust veggie pizza) wrong (it was a large plain deep dish). When I took it back the lobby was full of new door dash workers and my pizza though right this time was inedible. Dry... little to no sauce or cheese... it wasn't even cut all the way thru... I had high hopes but I won't...
