Iâve been coming here for years, only to witness the treatment of customers go down and down. Last straw for me was last week I ordered from DoorDash. They donât have the full menu. So I ordered 5 turkey ham sandwich because DoorDash doesnât have regular ham. Under specific instructions I wrote that I wanted regular ham. I also called the store to tell them but the girl who answered the phone told me she couldnât do that. Even though she knew 100% it was my order. When I told I was going to cancel because no one liked turkey ham, she responded by telling me to go ahead and cancel. So I did. 5 minutes later, she calls me back and tells that she can do it. I told that I had cancel already. She told me not to worry that she would put through. I asked her why couldnât she have done that to begin with and she offered no explanation. The food never came and when I called back to see where my food was at, once again she declined to give me any information. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was the manager. You can get the same items at less than half the price, a much better service and way better quality at El Coqui and is not that far from this place. Sadly but this place is not the same it was 3-4 years ago, will not return and do...
