I’ve been coming here for years, only to witness the treatment of customers go down and down. Last straw for me was last week I ordered from DoorDash. They don’t have the full menu. So I ordered 5 turkey ham sandwich because DoorDash doesn’t have regular ham. Under specific instructions I wrote that I wanted regular ham. I also called the store to tell them but the girl who answered the phone told me she couldn’t do that. Even though she knew 100% it was my order. When I told I was going to cancel because no one liked turkey ham, she responded by telling me to go ahead and cancel. So I did. 5 minutes later, she calls me back and tells that she can do it. I told that I had cancel already. She told me not to worry that she would put through. I asked her why couldn’t she have done that to begin with and she offered no explanation. The food never came and when I called back to see where my food was at, once again she declined to give me any information. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was the manager. When I asked can I speak to someone above her, she replied “there’s no one above me “. Didn’t know the owner works at the register. She could care less that I never received my order. So no more el punto for my family. From now on is Casa...

The first time I went I got a ham and cheese sandwich... it was so good the way they do it in Puerto rico... the bread toasted with mayo ketchup.... it was so good I had to go back the next morning for another one.... but unfortunately it was not the same cook as the night before and the same sandwich I ordered was disgusting sloppy... didn't have that same taste and flavor as the night before.... I wish I knew who the first cook was... because they made the sandwich with love... the other cook did a quick sloppy horrible job.... made me not want to ever go back again... it was such a disappointment... because the first sandwich was amazing... I give it two stars only because of the disappointment with the 2nd cook ... but who ever the first cook was...

Their prices are ridiculous for the services and food quality. I went there, got quesitos and they were $4, costillas pastry for $4.50 each and tres leches for $5 each. The tres leches had way too much cinnamon and the it was more liquid than cake making it into a soup not a cake, the other stuff was ok and the girl at the front was not the friendliest but due to the location in the middle of the hood I get why she may have to act rude. You can get the same items at less than half the price, a much better service and way better quality at El Coqui and is not that far from this place. Sadly but this place is not the same it was 3-4 years ago, will not return and do...

I got the steak sandwich with cheese. I'm not exactly sure what else was on my cheesesteak. Between masks, plexiglass, and accents I had no idea what the young woman was asking me so I was nodding my head ‘yes’ to everything. I really liked the roll. I don't know if you call it a Cuban roll but it's the fat version of a hoagie roll. It was nicely toasted. The meat was okay. I would have liked more meat. The sauces were very tasty without being overly hot. The sauce really made the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were nice and fresh.

Got a sandwich for me and my abuela. That’s why im even writting this. I used to come here alot but definitely not happy today. We open 1 and it was fine. Other 1 literally had 1 small piece if chicken and jus lettuce tomato and mayó🙁 I might as well got a BLT no bacon! 1 question Why pop!? Make no sense to short a paying customer on food. For nothing. What are you losing P.s. i tipped and all. If im wrong sorry you feel that way.
