Mandarin House — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The New Owner of the New Mandarin house Chinese store is rude an disrespectful. This store is the worst Chinese store ever, they Messed up my order then tried to argue with me about it. When I told them it was Not Made Properly and they had forgot the sauce that I ask for instead of them making it they started to curse me out giving me the finger and telling me to get the F out their store after I had already payed 4 it. Never have I been so disrespected by a Chinese store or someone making my food ever in life when they messed up. Totally disrespectful cursing at their customers I Never had this problem with the old owners. Then when I told them I no longer wanted the food I want my money back because the service and the food was not what I wanted they just kept pushing the food over the counter telling me to take it and would not give me my money back. I also needed to get a night quill for my little brother who was sick and they would not even sell it to me because they had an attitude but would not give me my money back for the food never in my life will I ever buy anything from this Chinese store ever again. OK SO THIS PLACE IS A HIT OR MISSED PLACE !! WHEN U CALL AND ORDER THEY CALL BACK 3 MIN LATER AND TELL U "Food Ready " The food is not fresh is REHEAT Food and it was cold !! Of the three chinese restaurants near E Cliveden street. This one has the best tasting food. When your order is placed, you usually have to wait for a few minutes because they actually cook things rather than pull pre-cooked foods from the freezer and hand your order two seconds after you placed it.
