Cool vibe inside, but nothing that makes it stand out. Prices are high and the drinks were okay. (The cappuccino is essentially a small latte. No foam. Whatever, but if coffee is your thing, do your thing well! I don’t want to be rude, just honest.) It seems that the focus of this coffee shop is to be a hip, trendy coffee shop, not necessarily to serve the best coffee. This place also lacks the appeal to the diversity of this neighborhood (age, race, socioeconomic status). Not that it’s the most important thing about a coffee shop—but it just doesn’t have that community connection, in my humble opinion. Dropping the prices a bit, focusing on the product, and making the space feel a bit more down to earth (and less uppity—so sorry I’m using that word) will make this coffee shop stand out to the people in this neighborhood who live on the...

We visited Adelie coffee house and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Despite clearly expressing that our order (matcha latte, donut, cappuccino, cold brew, and croissant) was for dine-in, it was served entirely in disposable containers. This was particularly disheartening as I noticed other customers enjoying their coffee in reusable ceramic mugs. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for my request has left me extremely disappointed with the service provided. This isn't the first time I've encountered such an issue in coffee shops. While the food and drinks were indeed delicious, the issue with disposable containers overshadows my enjoyment, making it unlikely for me to return to this coffee shop...

Beautiful cozy space with great light, nicely curated reading material and super friendly and welcoming baristas. Cheese and ham croissants are delicious. Adelie deserves to be the sweet spot if you are in the area for somewhere to hang, read, meet friends and get to know your neighbors. AND it's next to the best ice cream joint in Philly (Zsa's)...fingers crossed for a coffee float collaboration between these guys at some point... Kids had a ball hanging out. We'll definitely put this on our weekend...

The coffee art adds a level of depth to the experience and the flavors were amongst the top I've had in my experience with coffee. The toasties (we got the ham and cheese) are delicious and far exceeds what you'd expect from a traditional panini. The customer service was excellent and they went far beyond the usual call of duty to ensure an amazing experience. I wish this place continued success, they have certainly earned it.

Came here on a rainy day. It was cozy due to the size of the cafe. It’s a lot smaller than one would expect. The coffee menu is pretty standard, which isn’t a bad thing. Wish they had pour overs though... Had a mocha. Tasted like a pretty standard mocha. But the environment is good for studying. Solid WiFi. However, their tables are too small to place a lot of stuff. Overall, a pretty good find!
