Manhattan Bagel — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This was the first time I called into the store for delivery (instead of using Grubhub), not only were they rude and rushed me off the phone they obviously did not take down my order correctly. We were given an initial time of delivery of 45 minutes at 9:22. When it had not shown up by 10:24 I called back into the restaurant to inquire, I was given more attitude and told to be patient, the driver was on the way. The food did not show up until 10:50. All of the food was barely warm, the bagel with cream cheese was soggy and had to be thrown away. The coffee was cold as well and after asking for extra cream and extra sugar, none was given at all. Also, I ordered the ranchero wrap with no salsa and sausage for the meat, instead I got extra salsa and bacon. In most cases I would have called the store and explained the mix up but I knew I would get even more rudeness and most likely wait another hour and half to eat breakfast. I spent $25 with tax and tip, and didn't get to eat more than half of the food. I will never be ordering from Manhattan Bagel, especially not from the North East Philadelphia location. AND on top of it, I tried writing this entire review to the corporate office but when you go onto their website to submit complaints and type everything in and go to submit it, it goes to 404...

I went to this location this morning to get fresh bagels to wrap and freeze for my upcoming surgery. I told the girl i did not want well done because i had 20 teeth pulled . I have to cut my food very small to eat.I got home to wrap the bagels 3 dark 1 0f the three actually black on the corner and when i cut it there was a hole inside and the whole side of this bagel is not good. I called the store and the person on the phone tried to give me a story how they try to make light bagels and then people want well done. Total waste of money. These people know how to take your money and do not care what they sell you. I am not happy .She asked if i want to come back i can bearly walk. They will never see my face again. I should have driven to bensalem and not gone to a francise owned manhattan bagel. Lesson Learned....

Ordered delivery using door dash for the office. Usually I order in Willow Grove without any problems, but since this place was closer, I decided to try it . Bagels, cream cheese, whipped butter and coffee. Delivery came in, and there is no coffee. Had to drive myself to that place and they said, sorry, we going to make your coffee now. And after pressing them for something extra, they gave me free sandwich. Why? I ordered enough bagels. Give me discount. But nope... Ok. Picked up coffee, came back to the office and guess what? It wasn't a whipped butter. It was regular butter, cut in small pieces and put in container. Never Ill use this place again. I paid Doordash service charge and tips to Doordash driver over $25 dollars just to drive back myself? Not...
