The experience was horrible. I asked if I could get fries with no salt in the drive thru. They asked for us to move up and wait and I complied for ~15 minutes. I went in afterwards and no one asked if they could help me. I waited for 5 minutes before trying to grab someone's attention. I say trying because when I wanted to ask somebody something, they were dismissive. Another guy asked for help and they did the same. After another 2 or so minutes, I was frustrated because I see the 3 baskets of fries up and they're dumping and serving to others but I'm still waiting. I go to the car now because I'm infuriated to grab my wallet and to get a refund. I ask for the manager and the manager sent her subordinate to avoid talking to me. Now I'm really mad because she's testing my intelligence and I'm trying my hardest to not yell at anyone. I just wanted my money back at this time and instead of giving me my food knowing I'm waiting on it. They took it to my car and gave it to my wife and then told me it was in the car. The worst part, the fries was still salted. If I wasn't in a rush to go see my sick mother who had a stroke, I would have given them the food back and got my money back strictly on the service to me and the other patrons. Please talk to them about customer service because I try to be patient. I know...
Read more3/11/2023 @ 9:09 am #54 After sitting in the drive thru FOREVER for a large hot coffee, cream and sugar on the side (they punched in 1 cream) and 2 sausage sandwiches to gift the Shriners Children's hospital security guard, we finally got our order. Told my hubby not to pull away until I checked it, Oops no sugar in the bag. Now, I'm not sure the security guard even likes sugar but if he does I'd like him to enjoy the breakfast we were gifting him. I asked my husband to ask for the sugar, there we set another 5 minutes for the gal to come back to the window, mind you the line was around the building. He asked for some sugar and that drive through woman went up one side of my husband and down the other over sugar packets!!! She grabs a massive handful (lost money for company) slams them in his hand and says I hope that's enough for ya!?! Do your job with gratefulness in your heart or go somewhere else. Her times must have been crazy and it was all her, taking 3 more minutes to argue over sugar... During which time people were pulling out of the line because of the wait. That woman should be removed from her position and put on outside trash cleanup, garbage cans were overflowing, she could be put to better use in a post that doesn't deal with the public!!! I won't recommend...
Read moreWorst place ever! They Always get orders wrong. Missing foods, and I mean entire meals missing or they send you the wrong food. One example, my shareable order included 3 chicken sandwiches, instead they sent fish sandwiches. Another time I ordered a bigmac box and individual sandwiches. The big Mac box was filled with 2 apple pies(there should have been none), one bigmac(there should have been 2) one cheeseburger (there should have been 2) 1 fries(there should have been 2) and no nuggets (there should have been 1 10 piece) I mean how do you screw up that bad? Oh and out of the 6 individual sandwiches, they only sent 3. This kind of thing happens too often, it's a Russian roulette. And what's worst Uber decided not to give me a credit because my account got flagged due to so many mistakes in my past orders. So UberEATS penalizes the customer instead of the multi million dollar corporation that technically steals their customers money. Don't even think about getting any resolution from the restaurant either, there's no such thing as customer service at this place. They really like to steal your money in every way they can. That's the only explanation on why there are so many customers complaining about the same thing.its unbelievable how they get away with it. ...
