McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

5/4/2023 - I just realized I came here before after looking at my previous review. If i did know this was the same location I wouldn't have driven to this one myself. Last night I got a mcchicken and I noticed it tasted rubbery and the chicken itself was not heated at all and definitely flatter than it used to be. The sauce is the same. I ate the burger thinking it was ok it was really the sauce that made it taste like a mccchicken everything else in the burger was unrecognizable. especially it wasnt heated. 45 minutes later I felt like throwing up after eating it, I tried hard to not throw up and just felt so ill I had to go to lay down. It's definitely the burger since I ate regular meals earlier in the day. And I only had a mcchicken and water so hard to not draw a line. Whatever quality mcdonalds think they have in bare minimum its sickening, literally.

1/2023 - Chicken nuggets and french fries were not cooked thoroughly. Rude service, there was no "Hi, how are you?", "Thank you", "You're welcome" , or "Have a good one." There was nothing, no communication of any kind! The guy who took our order couldn't get it right . On top of it left the speaker on and was complaining. Cursing in spanish , i may not be fluent but i did know what he was saying , at least for the curses. This was just the begining! The guy who took our change,well he said nothing but our total, he was rude.We waited in line for 15 minutes!! If i wouldve know there was NO ONE inside , it may have been faster to go in.(doubt it) There was 4 cars in front of us . Shouldve been out of there in 5 minutes top! We get to pick up window , again rude! They gave our order to someone else and gave us theirs , good thing we checked before pulling away! So of course we had to wait. Checked to see if it was correct finally !,and it was...well not for long they put wrong stuff on burgers. My girls burger was cold has pretty much 2 onions and a drop the size of a pea of mustard and little ketchup. My quarter pounder had no onions and a hell of a lot of ketchup. So, I go through the drive thru and place a simple order of 3 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and a caramel frappe. That's it! They say they're out of sausage would you like bacon. I said sure I will substitute, that's fine. I get to the pay window and the lady says you ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. I say, no I ordered 3 bacon, I was told you're out of sausage. She says no I'm not talking to you, here she was on the phone with a personal call. Smdh! So she fixes it. So I assumed... wrong! Because I get to the pick up window and the guy says you have the 2 bacon egg and cheese McMuffins. No sir I ordered 3, I show him my receipt. Than I hear someone say I changed my order. To myself "NO I didn't that's my original order!" He asked me to pull forward someone will bring it out. I wait 5 mins. They bring me 3 sandwiches only!!! I said uh I'm missing a frappe. The girl rolls her eyes. Dunno if she just annoyed cause she messed up or someone inside or if it was me... I have to wait...
