New Hong Kong Chinese & American — Restaurant in Philadelphia

When I called, I was so pleasant and at first it seemed it like as though the person that answered the phone was very patient and calm. I ordered two chicken and rice with gravy platters and ask if they could call me when my food is was ready.he called about 10 mins later to inform me that my food was ready..I said okay and I sent my niece to pick up our meal and he called back not even 2 min later, he was very angry and upset asking if I was coming or not for the food. I had to explain to him that my niece is walking she should be there!! He then goes to asking me okay we’ll how long ?! .telling me to come get my food I had never been talked to in an a establishment to being talked down on where I’m spending my money. I will honestly say this is my first and last time visiting this establishment. He was very rude and unkind I’m in-belief that maybe people call and don’t show up and maybe there’s loosing money by this but not every customer are the same. I literally had to call him back to see if everything was okay still with a soft temple Because I still had to receive my food from this place .. so no I never want to worry about a meal being tampered with, something told me to read the reviews before ordering at this place, but I was such in a rush to have a different taste, I know better next...

This place is nasty honestly they pick and choose what’s good and they water down everything so they can keep more of it that’s so cheap. Me and my dad got chicken and rice soup and I got lomein it was so watered down I had to add my own stuff. Don’t eat here...
