As soon as I walked in, I was hit with the wonderful, aromatic scents of spices, and I couldn’t wait to dig into the menu. The food did not disappoint. We started with the Paneer Tikka appetizer, which was perfectly marinated and grilled smoky on the outside, soft on the inside, with a fantastic balance of spices. The Butter Chicken was nothing short of a classic, with a rich, creamy gravy and tender chicken that melted in your mouth. The Lamb Rogan Josh was another highlight, tender meat in a flavorful, slightly spicy sauce that had just the right amount of heat. For sides, we had Garlic Naan and Jeera Rice, both of which complemented the curries beautifully. The Mango Lassi was the perfect refresher to balance the spices.
