The reviews were great and so I decided to try them out. I’ve been in the hair industry for over 15years so I also understand the importance of maintaining an appointment and being on time. For these women and men time is money. They require a 24 hour cancelling or they charge you. Fair enough. So the first appointment was booked for 3-4 hours to get my extensions put on. For a mom of two, it’s a big chunk of time. The first appointment less then 24 hours away my six year old came down with Covid and his dad had it bad. I was posed to get a pcr test to prove it and I called probably 18 hours before the appointment, as soon as I could basically. I was very exposed and had no care for my children. Also the lady who was to do my lashes texted me that morning and said she had covid. We rescheduled and I wasn’t charged. So the appt came up and I took that 3-4 hour time slot, showed up early and just as I was getting out of the car my phone rang and they had to cancel. There was a gas leak. Not safe. Not their fault. However over a week later I did not receive any phone call back to reschedule. I called I asked if there would be a discount or anything off the service. I was a little upset that I was just dropped. They said they had waived my first fee off of my appointment and that was my ‘discount’. I had no child care, covid exposure AND the lady who was to do me also had had covid. It left a bad feeling about this place and not at all how I would have treated a client. I deserved a call back for my time and you should absolutely not charge for someone who has Covid in their house hold or kids who have it. Maybe get the proof but come on. I def felt...

This place does beautiful work for a fantastic price. But they should look into a better lash glue. Cons: My last 2 lash sets only lasted 2 weeks long, where as I can go 3-4 weeks at other locations. I also asked if we can try a different glue, but was told that they were already using the strongest glue. During my most recent visit, my junior lash tech arrived 40 minutes late for my 9am appointment due to traffic and did not add additional time to offset her tardiness. The lashes did look good (see photo for reference), but I ended up with a eyelash in my eye that she had to fix because my eye was tearing up like crazy. Pros: $60 for a classic, natural, or glam set with a junior tech is an amazing price. And allowing 2.5 hours for them to get their feet wet is a win-win for everyone. I’ve been coming to Tweet for about a year! I love this place- the pricing/membership plan is very competitive and Tweet herself is so talented. One thing I really like is how fast she is- 1 hour in and out! No one wants to be taking 2 hrs of their day for a refill! She’s so speedy but she’s also extremely detail oriented. It’s witchcraft. I feel like I always used to have some lashes that would flip or come out in clunks with other lash artists. I used to reallllllyyyy be stretching a 3 week refill with other artists lmao literally like 3 lashes on 1 eye. But after coming here for so long I honestly feel like I could stretch it to a 4 week refill and still look normal!! Which is crazy since I don’t even get the glam/volume fills AND I have Asian lashes!
