Despite me being a regular customer who spends on average, $40 a week with them, they delivered a pizza with the wrong topping that I specifically clarified twice. I called back and spoke to a lady who said she was remaking my pizza, but when I requested some sort of consolation, some fries, a drink, anything for making me wait now for a new order to be delivered, she seemed to think that she was doing me a favor by simply re-making my order that they messed up on. She got rude and said, "we don't 'have' to give you anything extra". I said I didn't say they were obligated, but that most companies will usually at least offer something, a discount next time, a drink, something complimentary. She then said "well that's other companies" with an attitude, and then hung up on me while I was asking for her name. A good place to go. I ordered two slides with one can soda cost $4. The two slides pizza size equip to half piece LG size pizza. that really surprised me. (too big)the pizza I got from this place is really tasty. After I ate it with my friend we reorder an sm size Hawaii special pizza. Especial the mozz cheese is very good. Will come back again and share with my friends. also, I saw a couple of reviews complaints about the young lady on the front counter. i suggest ordering online if available. I stay there about 1hour. We used to love this place. But their drivers will lie to your face. There was a soda I noticed missing. He assured us 3 times that it was in the bag and we were nuts. It wasn't. Saying something is in something when it's not, is a lie. He could have chosen "I'm not sure", but he didn't. This will be our last order. And I'm fat and unhealthy, so someone else will make this money
I called back after 40 min. The lady on the phone said "she isn't listening and doesn't care" as she hung up.
