NeSCo is the long awaited proprietor for this corner spot. It was short lived by its previous owner. NeSCo has the right vibe backed by an awesome menu which in turn is backed by decent prices. Now on to the food, I wanted to wait until i tried most of the menu before giving a review. Anything breakfast you can't go wrong. What bad thing can you say about porkroll eggs and cheese. Onto the rest of the menu, the soups are great. The Cheesesteak soup is excellent. It tastes exactly like you would think. It just hits the spot on these cold days of late. The wings and mozzarella sticks are what you would expect from any restaurant, but that's not what NeSCo is trying to rally behind. It's the signature sandwiches that take the cake. Out of the 16 different sandwiches on the menu, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich is my go to. The cutlet is fried to perfection, its tender and juicy Now, out of the 16 sandwiches it can be safe to say i took down more than half the menu offers. I know, I know its impressive, hold your applause. Another favorite of mine is the pork schnitzel, it's a great sandwich for a cold day. The other wonderful thing NeSCo offers are their daily specials. It's hard for me to accept that the daily specials aren't on the menu, but it's a nice change up time to time. I believe it's crazy marriage between dreams and tastebuds that create this unique and bold menu all while being backed by a humble work force. Welcome to the neighborhood NeSCo.

This place is a great little hidden gem. The woman working the front was very helpful with suggestions and information on specials. I ordered 2 things today. Friendly service, great prices, and quality food in a quaint little shop with a round table and a counter to eat at. First thing I tried was the SOUF SILLY CUTLET which is a breaded chicken cutlet sandwich with roasted red peppers, tomato aioli, provolone, parmesan cheese on a garlic toasted seeded roll. There was a nice balance of flavors and the roll held together great. The only things I think could have been better is the cutlets were a little thinner than I like and it could have used a little more sauce. The next thing I tried was the SLAMMING SHORT RIB which is braised short rib with smoked Gouda cheese sauce and pickled red onions on a garlic toasted seeded roll. Again there was great balance of flavors and the short rib was moist, tender, and seasoned well. It could have used a little more onions and cheese sauce. Those little improvements can take this place from 4 stars up to 5 stars that nobody could argue with but overall a great hidden gem that I will be visiting many more times in the future to try more things from their menu 😁👍

Excellent food, great family owned spot. I appreciated the following about my burger: -The lettuce was super crisp and fresh, and was decently sized. Same with the tomato. The onion was fresh, sweet, and cut paper thin! The requisite pickle spear was a nice touch as well. I can't remember the last time I got veggies this fresh on a burger! -The beef patty had a great sear and crust, but was still juicy on the inside. The temperature was piping hot, which is my preference. The bacon was crispy and smokey. -The fries were perfectly seasoned and were also piping hot when they were served. The service is great and tho the interior is small, it's nice and cozy, and clean. I feel really lucky to live so close to a place like NESCO! Thank you for the awesome food. Highly recommend dining in or eating as soon as possible.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the entire city of Philadelphia. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu & have not yet been disappointed. Whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner they have an amazing meal for you. The brisket fries may be my favorite “loaded fries” option in the city. I literally get it every time I order from there, without fail. The Pork Belly Reuben is my favorite sandwich from NESCO. Nesco makes one of most flavorful pork bellies I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. Pairing it with their homemade thousand island, pickled red cabbage, cucumber & cheese is an absolute treat. Those ingredients all work perfectly together to create a delicious bite: EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The patty melt is nothing short of awesome. Similar to the Pork Belly Reuben because of the ingredients but now throw a burger in the mix. Can’t beat it. Their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is killer as well. It is as spicy as it sounds but in the best way. I ask for them to add the cheese sauce. It helps with the heat & works perfectly with it. Their brisket sandwich is pretty dang good too. They have a breakfast bowl that is so creamy & decadent it will knock your socks off. I usually add pork belly to it & it takes it up another notch. Their specials are usually a hit as well, they have some consistent ones that reappear from time to time because of their popularity & others that are fleeting. If you see a special you like I’d say to order it, you may or may not see it again & it isn’t worth taking that chance on missing out. The only gripe I have with this place is that it closes way too early for my liking. If they were open later I’d probably order from here every single day. If you enjoy sandwiches, breakfast food, creativity or just great tasting food I highly...

I just noticed, but there is no way to order any drinks off the website for online orders.................. Might want to change that. I just ordered from here for the second time, and I'm excited to see how good everything is going to be. My first order, was a cheese steak, fries, and buffalo chicken fingers w/ranch. For the sake of not creating a wall of text, I'll just talk about the cheese steak which was amazing! How do you know you got yourself an excellent cheese steak?

First, it comes on a Lucio or Amoroso roll, no exceptions. NESCo's roll is clearly Lusios'. Second, alot of places make the fatal mistake of placing the roll upside down on the grill toasting only the very top. Even worse, they shove the meat from underneath turn it right side up then run the spatula along the top of the roll caking grease at the very top, it's disgusting. I'm very glad to see that this place does not do this.

The sandwich itself was nice and moist but not soggy to the point the bread was falling apart from grease saturation. Third, there are only two acceptable ways to prepare the meat, finely chopped (common) or very thinly sliced (uncommon). Large chunks of steak packed into the roll is a no-go. Fortunately, this place beautifully chops the steak very finely. One might even say borderline minced.

The white cheddar cheese sauce expertly compliments the sandwich. Not drowning in it and not so little of it you can barely notice. Just the right amount. It is, in my opinion, the best cheese steak in the entire north east. You will not be...

Over the past year, the quality of food and customer service at Northeast Sandwich Company has significantly declined. Our organization has placed numerous large orders with them, often exceeding $170-$200 each order. Unfortunately, each time we call, we encounter staff members (usually a lady) who seems disinterested and unmotivated, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

Despite our loyalty and frequent orders, the service we receive has been consistently disappointing. Our orders are almost always incorrect. In our most recent order, half of the items were wrong, and the other half were not even the sandwiches we had requested. This level of inaccuracy is unacceptable, especially for a business that once prided itself on quality and reliability.

As a business ourselves, we understand the importance of customer service and consistently strive to ensure our clients feel valued and respected. We would never treat our customers the way we have been treated by Northeast Sandwich Company. It's disheartening to see such a lack of care and attention to detail from a company that used to be a favorite for its great food and friendly service.

It is truly a shame to see such a steep decline in both food quality and customer service. Northeast Sandwich Company used to be known for its high standards, but based on our recent experiences, it seems they have completely lost their touch. I hope they can address these issues and return to the level of excellence they once maintained, but until then, I cannot...
