Paisa's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I used to love this place. But they fell off A LOT!!! They prices and the food. Even their employees lost their charm.. charging different prices with each person(sometimes the prices are different, depends on who takes your order🙄🙄🙄) Used to get hot food with the exact things you ordered.. now it be getting to me cold.. with messing items like sauces I paid a dollar for each but the cup is a tiny bit. How can you forget something someone paid extra for????🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ If you charge someone $3 to add.. I want it with my food!!! And the delivery driver.. omg they 5 minutes away in car from me... But somehow the food is ALWAYS COLD!!! I once got on the train to pick it up and came home with it... Guess what??.. THE FOOD WAS STILL HOT!!! WHICH MEANS I'M FASTER THAN YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER ON FOOT AND TAKING A TRAIN!!!! Who wants to pay for cold food?? I'm not ordering from you people anymore!!! I gave too many chances just for disappointment. Which is sad because I used to love y'all food. Now y'all embarrassing me when I order a bunch of food for me and friends( which would have gained you more customers) and the food come cold and missing things 😑😐😑😐😑 smh. This has happened so many times... It's just insulting now. Now the taste has fell...

Ordered from here for the first time.. found the menu in my door… so the tactic is working. Now, I’ll be honest, this place wasn’t BAD… but it wasn’t great. I ordered #4 family deal with large pizza, plain. 10 wings, mild. Large fry. Pizza, 4/10. Good sauce, crust a little hard/stale throughout the slice. Not the best amount of cheese. Wings 4/10. Nice amount of meat, but red on the bone, small, and some parts a little chewy. But the mild sauce was outstanding! Fries 2.5/10, good with the salt, heavy on pepper,.. blandish, wet, soggy. I recommend buying fry bags, instead of putting them in the Styrofoam (condensation from hot fries gets them soggy) overall I give it a 5.5/10, which is why I gave it a 2 star… almost a 3, but short by a bit. 4/10 food, 6/10 service. 10/10 delivery driver Larry. Service .. good at order taking and repeating back the order, however, promised 30 minutes and it took a little over an hour.

Overall, thank you very much, will order again to change things up … maybe Stromboli and cheesesteak.

Oh.. I had the churros. 1/10. It’s like breadsticks with cinnamon. Need real churros.

Their food it's fair it's not so bad. The service is what needs to be worked on. I had an order of buffalo wings with honey barbecue sauce, boneless buffalo wings with buffalo sauce and Los burritos. Everything was fair but the delivery driver told me that the order was $47. So I went ahead and gave him $53 but when I looked at the receipt it said that my order was $37.53. The delivery driver lied to me and when I called the pizzeria back they told me that they will call the driver to return my money or more over the extra money that I gave to the delivery driver home I did not have to give all of that extra money too. But that never happened. So as of today they lost a loyal customer because I am a lawyer customer to them or at least was. If you order from this place please be sure to look at your receipts because they do have drivers that...
