This place gets 0000000 stars. Called to place an order for pickup. Person taking the order is short with me and is rushing. From the 1st item I ordered, she said every time " is that it" even after I said i have a few things to order. 2 . I ask her to repeat the order back to me, she missed a shrimp platter and I asked for chicken cheese steak wraps and she states they don't make that. I state " so you make chicken cheese steaks and you make cheese steak wraps but not chicken cheese steak wraps. She says " no. We don't sell that." I say ok, you can give me the cheese steak wraps. Then I ask..." and do you have the shrimp platter on the list she says yes. Son goes to pickup the order...they can't find the order. They had put it out for delivery. Luckily it was just getting put in the car. Son looks at the receipt, and notices they missed the shrimp platter. Son orders the shrimp platter and waits for it. Son brings food home... The is so much grease oozing out of the bag (from a cheesesteak in a tin we ordered without bread due to wheat allergy) that there is now a big Ole grease stain in my sons car. They still managed to miss an order of fries with the order. Which they did charge me for. The wraps were dry, hard on the edges and so poorly wrapped that as soon as I took the foil/paper wrapper off it opened up and fell apart. I couldn't even eat it as a wrap. I basically dumped it on a plate and are it like a salad. Oh and there was no cheese on my cheese steak wrap.
This is not the first time we have had a bad experience with them.The only reason we ordered from here is because our favorite place is closed this week for vacation. Lesson learned. Never again!!
P.S. other problem is related to a wheat allergy. We called a couple months back and asked if the fries were coated in flour. The person who answered laughed at us and said "they are just fries". We ordered the fries any way and they were in fact coated. As a food service, workers should be aware of food allergies and sensitivities. I used the contact option on the website to reach out about this issue and never heard back

Read moreI will start with a piece of advice to customers and please take this at heart. I rarely leave reviews. DO NOT order from Papa Nicks. ON 3/1/19 at 5:48 pm I called to place a dinner order. The young lady on the phone was nice, although she seemed a bit nervous, perhaps she was a new employee.. I made her feel at ease by slowly giving her my order and repeating every item in details. She repeated the items to me and they were incorrect. I said it's ok .. I will repeat my order .. I even said to her that I wanted her name so that I could leave a review and say how nice she was. Her name is Ashley. My food arrived a bit over an hour.. not complaining as this is typically the waiting time. The delivery driver was very nice as well I gave him what I thought was a nice tip. When I open my order I see that 1 item was missing and that one item was made incorrectly. NOW at this point, I'm HANGRY.. I was very nice to this young lady and repeated my order several times YET she still managed to have it wrong. My daughter offered to call them and informed them of the mistake, to which they said that they would make the missing order but would have to charge me.. I mean c'mon its YOUR mistake. The manager " I suppose" got on the phone with the same reply. NOW here is the thing, Even if you haven't been in customer service you should know that to keep your customer happy and wanting to come back you would take a $6-10 loss and provide the customer with what they are asking. Very disappointed. I read the reviews before I ordered and I still decided to give them a chance.. Please don't do the same .. keep looking for another restaurant. Read moreI ordered a double hamburger platter but once it was delivered it was filled with cheese when I lifted the burger up and to put any condiments. Being lactose intolerant, especially to cheese, I called back to tell them my order is completely wrong. I'm then told "We can switch the burger out", so I waited for a delivery to wait for another delivery to correct my order ? Then a young lady who thought I couldn't hear her says "Why did he order that when he's lactose intolerant?" Again, wrong order, because I ordered a double HAMburger not CHEESEburger. I would've saved it or tried to get as much cheese off of it as I could but after the comments from the establishment, I just tossed it. Also, attempting to switch out a burger when they should've had better customer service, or god forbid if they tried to take the toppings off, reheated it and sent it to another person. The complete disregard to repeat the order back to confirm, is just an absence of common sense. Would've gave more stars because food is at least going to fill you up, but after those comments, rather just persuade others to go somewhere else than here, unless you wanna sit in the waiting area just to make sure they don't mess...
