This place we can all see gets bad reviews, So this morning I walked in out of 20 degrees, there was no one in the store, so I was locked out of my apartment for the night thought I go into the store to stay warm, and nothing else was open. So they gave me a cup of ice with an attitude, then an Asian girl, comes over and says that I can not stay in the store. So granted I had to go out in that cold for 4 hrs, and I am 61.
This girl, I guess in her 20's was so disrespectful!.
Not to mention reckless, I could have gotten into a problem with the cold.
I called the store and they hung up me.
I am going to try and contact the owner, so see what happens!
I also like to add I never felt such profound and reckless disrespect, it was almost like she enjoyed saying NO.
It was entirely stupid because she didn't have to do it, it would have been more prudent to not enforce, this must make a purchase, especially with the cold, and no other places open, and I have trouble walking with a cane.
If she reads this you know who you are, I wouldn't account on me forgetting your disrespect, I would like an apology.
If your boss doesn't fire you, i will see to the best I can that you never hurt another customer again.
I guess this is sign of the time , where kids playing games, are being very irresponsible. So be wary of the age, and gender of the employeees, oh, be especially weary of the Asians, they feel scared, and powerless all there lives, which isn't are fault, then when they get a job, they apply a reckless form of discrimination.
So, the fact that I am aware of her motivation is reason enough for her to stop. On top of that she opens the door for retribution and reverse discrimination.
So I am guessing the Ihe owner is Indian decent, and they practice the same sort of discrimination.
So, this is why these two cultures are acting irresponsible. If she isn't fired, I...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly before heading to the library, but today’s visit was deeply disappointing.
I was having trouble deciding on my order, so I sat down for a moment to think. Then I heard glass shattering behind me, a customer had accidentally broken something. She immediately apologized and looked visibly stressed. What shocked me was the complete lack of urgency or support from the staff. I was sitting right next to the counter and didn’t hear a single reassuring word from anyone. It took a while before someone even came to check, and longer still for a broom to appear.
To my disbelief, the customer ended up cleaning the mess herself while the employee stood there. I confronted the staff member and said, “Why are you letting her clean? She doesn’t work here.” The response? “I told her she didn’t have to.” That was it.
A few minutes later, that same employee came over to ask me to leave because I hadn’t bought anything, even though I was still deciding what to order. Apparently, witnessing a customer clean the floor while the staff watched was too disruptive for Starbucks policy.
Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I expected better, not just as a regular customer, but as a human being. Great job on the employee...
Read moreMost awful customer service in the mornings! This female student barista always stares at you with a resting angry face like she wants to fight you. She never greets you or asks if she can help you as you wait for your drink. To avoid this negativity, I started to order from my mobile device. She keeps telling you to wait a moment as she finishes making all of her drinks that customers just ordered at the store when my drink was ordered more than 10 minutes in advance and sits there next to her with my name on it. If I ask if I can take my drink that I see at arm's length, she keeps telling me to wait. What's the point of ordering on my mobile device (which guarantees my drink is ready in 7-10 mins) when I have to show up and remain waiting until the angry barista is willing to hand me my drink... and she won't even hand it to me... she places the drink 5 inches closer to me on the counter. That's extremely rude! Learn some manners and customer service. And some of us actually go to work and aren't students that can be late 10 minutes to class. You should feel a sense of urgency when you work in customer service. I won't be coming back here despite my loyalty to this place for the last year. I'm fed up with this poor...
