The man who answered the phone at 9:30 pm on 9/8/23. Is the problem.
I ordered through Uber eats, which is annoying because you cannot order specifically. However Pete's elected to have an option to add comments to adjust or add to an order.
Long story short, I ordered a pizza, I wanted pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese.
The build your own option did not allow to add additional toppings so I was forced to select the specialty pizza ( keep in mind, this option is already MORE MONEY)
I choice their supreme and in the comments asked to remove mushrooms onions and anchovies and requested to add extra cheese.
I also ordered loaded fried and in the comments requested extra cheese.
Once order was placed I called to confirm my selections. The rude incompetent male worker states I CANNOT add extra cheese because it didn't charge me but the store COULD remove the toppings I asked removed?!?!?! Because they can't charge me properly??
First of all, how can you remove and not add??? If it was an additional cost, I would have been happy to pay just adjust the total. Apparently they couldn't do that. Which is a lie, it was done previous when I ordered.
But further more, I asked to remove 3 toppings and add cheese , frankly that should've covered any additional costs.
Furthermore, how can you remove but not add ?? Either you can do both or neither.
Why have the comments section to adjust order, if that can't be done.
Last, from a customer service and competency standpoint, why would you rather argue with a customer over something arbitrary when the service standard would be to kindly adjust and competently realize that the cost to remove the items I asked would wash out the cost of the extra cheese???
The workers continues to argue with me and threatens to cancel my order.
This experience is a pure display of unprofessionalism, stupidity and lack of proper customer service. Hope this location enjoys losing a valued customer from this experience and many more after this review is posted.

I called to place a large order for my family of 5 and I gave my credit card information as payment. Lady tells me to make sure I have my credit card available for the driver to confirm and I was like Great! She tells me the order will take 45 min to an hour for delivery and I was like Cool!
Usually they are punctual with their timing so when an hour and ten min past... I gave them a call to get an update on my order. Lady says the food is out and driver is on their way. I decided to be patient and wait another 30 min. After 30 min, no show... I called the store again and requested a refund. At this point my kids havenāt eaten and my girlfriend and I are starving! The woman attempted to tell me that me asking for a refund when the food is being delivered is not happening. I told her that I need to feed my family and I would appreciate a refund because I never had to wait this long for food.
She puts me on hold and confirms my claim. She gets back on the line and tells me that my order was delivered and I should have my food. She then tells me that my food was given to my wife sitting on the steps. Describes her as a woman with a ponytail. Nobody in my home has a ponytail and sits on the steps at 8 @ night! So at this point Iām like I never received a knock or a phone call when the food arrived. So at this point somebody is lying. I asked for a refund and said I never received food at my location. She got defensive and continued to push the idea that I received my food and it was given to a woman. I wasnāt about to let her think it was ok for her driver to give away 50 dollars worth of food that I never received.
At this point I am reluctant to order from them again. Donāt tell me to have my card information ready upon arrival and then change your story and tell me that the card system is down. Donāt give your customers instructions or broken promises if your not sure you can deliver. Horrible...

Every time I place an order for a cheesesteak, I get a seeded roll. I didnāt ask for a seeded roll, so donāt give me one. When you ask the cook why do yāall keep putting my cheesesteak on a seeded roll his favorite line is all the customers love the seeded roll. No all the customers donāt love the seeded roll because I donāt like my cheesesteak on a seeded roll. The seeded roll shouldnāt be automatically served because you donāt know, who is allergic to seeded rolls or buns. The plain roll should automatically be served because itās a plain roll. All cheesestaks should be placed on a plain roll unless a customer ask for a seeded roll. I heard a woman tell the cook one day you gave me a seeded roll, and Iām allergic to seeds. The cross eyed cook. He had to remake her cheesesteak because she was allergic. The last cheesesteak I ordered, I returned because it was on a seeded roll. Who eats a cheesesteak on a seeded roll??? I tried to order a cheesesteak tonight. I asked for a plain roll, and they said all they have are seeded rolls. I said never mind, I donāt want nothing at all. I just ordered a cheesesteak from āLebelā instead on a nice plain extra soft roll. Every other pizza store serves plain rolls with no problem. They serve you what they want you to have, instead of serving what you ask and paying hard earned money for.
