Deja Vu Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered from here on uber eats last night, and i'm very unsatisfied. I ordered a salmon quesadilla, a chicken quesadilla, pepper steak, and a side of broccoli. I did not eat it last night, instead I brought a portion of quesadilla( salmon and chicken) and broccoli for lunch and left the the rest for my boyfriend. I went to open the sour cream and it smelled like straight garbage, like not even where i had tasted it first and realized it was bad. soon as I opened the little container it stunk, so I know whoever put it in there was aware. i was disgusted, I didn't even eat the quesadilla cause it was just saturated in oil and honestly I was scared to lol. The bartenders rotate often due to the management.
