Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This its not the first time I order here, this is why im doing this complain, the every time I order from this location, something is missing, this time wasn't the exception, i was missing stuff on my order plus the pizza was completely differents, they look like the were from other place and tastes really weird, i would like to have my money back, i try to called, and called and they respond over the phone was, "the store its not answering their phones" but i was calling to the store, so i Dont know How this work , but im really disappointed, i really loved pizza hut since i was a little girl and i still love it , but...

This place is dirty. I saw roaches when I went for pick up. The staff is very very disrespectful, makes the orders wrong and sloppy and close whenever they feel like to leave early because they are lazy. They will take the order then close early and when u go for a pickup they will yell from behind the glass that they’re are close and tell you too bad for you and the ignore you. WORST, DIRTIEST AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL TRASH RESTAURANT IN PHILLY. How hard can it be...

Usually nothing is wrong with my orders and I order from here at least once every 2 weeks that's already amazing. The time that there was things wrong with my online order they helped so much.
