First let me say thanks I had never been to the store until this weekend and the reason why I ordered from them is because my Brother comes up now is the Springfield PA weekly to help me out. I’m currently sick and paralyzed from the waist down. So the store is right near the subway and they will be more convenient for him. He told me about the store. So I called them on Friday night to see where I could look at there website, I should have known then, that I shouldn’t ordered from them but I didn’t follow my first mind. I called them and asked the man, where could I find there website so I could look at their menu because Sal’s wasn’t coming up and everything time I put in Sal’s the system it redirected me and says basically they maybe trying to get your financial information. So I wasn’t using a credit card so I thought I would be ok. The man in the store told me to put in AJ’s and it may come up. So I did and it did. Ok! I called again asked about it being real seafood and he said it was . I called back on Saturday asked about the price of the chicken wings platter. He said $10 I said ok. Now the AJ’s website it says the same but except wings with 2 sides.But because he told me AJ’s website I thought it would be the same menu. It’s not. When I got the food mine had 1 side. I also got a scallop platter. which on the website it says 2 sides, it was just 1. The Scallops were horrible. It said Jumbo. They weren’t, They were regular scallops. Fried but the breading didn’t adhere to the Scallops completely fell off. The fries with the bottom of the bag scraps (crumbs). I also got seafood salad which was dry. And above all that, I Started feeling nauseous , almost as if I got food poisoning, I had food poisoning before from another place so I know what it feels like. So I called them to tell about my food not about the poisoning because that hadn’t happened yet and when speaking with the man he hung on me , I called back he said something was wrong with my phone, but while speaking with him he hung up on me again. Completely rude. I’m not going to be sick and disrespected ,I’m reporting them to the city, better Business Bureau , everyone. Needless to say I will never order anything from them again. I could have ordered from Red Lobster.at least I would have not sick. Got great food and because they are around the corner from my house , I would have got it sooner. I try to patronize small businesses but now I’m done. No more. What makes it so bad and because I’m new to this community, my brother told me that there’s a seafood place, small business around the corner, now I’m scared to go...

I was told that I had to wait for the Manger because they did not no how to return the money 💵 so the lady told me I had to wait in I said no I didn't now I called the manager and he just looked at me. I pointed at as to say come here. he was like no So I got my phone 📱 out in called 911. well he came over to see if he could help me. So I explained to him that his wife was ruled in out of pocket with me in the other customers. I just needed my money back now. So my bill was 11 dollars 💵. Off my credit card asking for a refund 11 dollars 💵. He said OK I gave him my credit card 💳 he put it the machine and he gave me a refund 22 dollars 💵 now. If spend 11 dollars off my credit card 💳 how you take 22 dollars 💵 in tell me. I have to wait. I have the the recipe but I can't do anything because it's showing up pining on my account so I can't even dispute it right now Please people don't go. Read moreI called and called and called and no one answered the phone so I decided to stop by there and place an order unfortunately they were only taking food orders but they're not answering the phone. The driver who was standing at the door with no mask no gloves open the door and told me to ask the receptionist where they still taking orders when I went in I said hello four times to get someone's attention to serve me as a paying customer when I didn't get an answer I'm not going to counter with the receptionist was sitting with her back turned to me she turned around and told me that I was rude because she was speaking to her manager. I thought the customers were always right and plus if they're paying for your services you should be more attention to them and whatever you and your man you were talking about if that was the case should cease to assist the customer. I also noticed when a gentleman stepped out from behind where the food was being prepared his mask was down below his face he did not have any gloves on and neither were the other people in the back that were handling food to me it seems as though they're spreading that cv-19 I would not suggest to patronize A & j seafood just...
