Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The customer service at this location is beyond deplorable. I’ve tried to get drive-thru here twice and the women that work the late shift are so rude, that both times I have ended up leaving. The unprofessionalism is unbelievable. I know that it’s just a taco bell, but I find it really disheartening when anyone is rude to another human being for no reason.

Just last night 12/12, around 11pm, I politely asked for a few things off the menu and the women yelled at me that the only options were hard or soft shell tacos. I asked if I may please have a gordita crunch since this means both shells, still falling under the guidelines of what they had in stock, and the woman yelled back that she told me they only had soft and hard shell tacos. When I nicely tried to explain that this was just a combo of both, she started remarking on how stupid I was with another woman in the background, loud enough for me to here though the intercom. The women in the background proceeded to yell at me as well, while I was just sitting in my car extremely confused, and just wanting any kind of taco at this point, I’m not picky. After they continued to speak about me poorly, I told them to forget it, that they were rude, and drove away. When I passed the window where they were standing, one women gave me her middle finger.

This was the strangest drive thru I have ever been in, I don’t understand all the anger and aggression over tacos. It would be comical, if it wasn’t so sad that women would be so unnecessarily mean to other women. I understand that they probably worked long hours, without fair pay. However, so do I, in the service industry, and still manage to treat people fairly, with grace and compassion. Perhaps they were on drugs, is the only explanation I can come up with, but needless to say, these women should not be employed anywhere where customer...

I went to this place to get tacos and ordered the number #1 Supreme Crunchy Tacos! I havent eaten anything all day! When ordering I barely could hear how much my total was from the young lady while in the drive thru ordering. When you pull up to the window to pay , the mounting device they have to slide your food out of looks disgusting and filthy. It needs to be cleaned or just taken off! The customer service sucked... After getting home and eating one of my 3 tacos, I had the runs/ diarrhea for hours!! I will be making several complaints!!!

I will never go back to this place. I don't know if the food was stored unproperly or the sour cream was bad but I will be calling the regional. In my 50 years , I have never had a bad taco from any North Philly TACO BELL/KFC spot but you can tell if you have employees that don't care about they job, they are not gonna care about the company agenda.. I still feel sick and have not eaten...

This Taco Bell is okay..I say ok because they never give you what you order..I ordered a Deluxe Cravings Box Steak Chalup, a Taco, and a 5 layer beefy burrito, and Nacho Fries...Instead of the Nacho Fries she gives me these chips...So I pull around look at the Menu clearly to make sure I'm not mistaken then make mention to her she gave me chips instead of Nacho Fries..She tells me it didn't come with Nacho Fries which is a lie...So instead of going back and forth i just pay get my fries and go.. When we originally pulled up my child stated the girl sounds like she has an attitude and when we pulled up you clearly seen they all had attitudes...My thing is if you dont want to work dont work but don't bring that energy to the establishment...Your passing bad energy through the window....The beef Chalupa she gave me was too Salty and did not taste good and it was beyond crispy...
